Ben and John did an EXCELLENT job installing an interlock kit and new service panel with a 30A disconnect breaker to hook up our portable generator to the house in the event of a power outage.
They also installed a 50A RV receptacle. A very nice and clean install!!

I needed a Tesla charging port installed at my house and Cody absolutely delivered! Even with their busy schedule, he came in on a Sunday just to get the job done. Will call on this company again for any future electrical work!

Great communication and great service! Found on Google and read reviews. Called and a friendly lady answered and inquired the reason for my call. Cody came out same day and gave me a quote. Completed the project a few days later. Cody is a great electrician at a fair price! My advice is get quotes. Cody was friendly, prompt and could tell he knew what he was doing right away. Premier Electric Services came out after our home took a lightening strike. They came out the same day we called, ordered parts needed and came back to install promptly. The price was very fair, the work was excellent, the staff was very friendly, knowledge, and considerate. I highly recommend Premier Electric Services. They took great care of us!

Premier Electric Services did a great job installing a light with a fan in our shower. Cody was fantastic!!! I was 10 minutes late & he had already arrived at my house. I called & told him I was on my way & where my extra key was located if he wanted to get started. Once i got close to my house & saw his truck was still at my house, I was so relieved!!! Most companies will not wait if ur not home because of other appointments. Cody was patiently waiting as I profusely apologized. He assured me it was okay & not a problem. I said u could have gotten my key out & gone in the house. He was so nice & said “I knew u were coming so it was fine, I didn’t mind waiting”. This type of customer service is so rare these days. Cody and Premier Electric not only gave me the least expensive quote out of five different companies, but he did it without a high pressure sales pitch. He was knowledgeable, patient and very easy to deal with from the quote all the way through the final installation and testing process.

Codi installed our Tesla charger for us. I called 3 of the recommended electricians in my area from teslas site and decided to use Codi. From the woman who originally answered my call, to Codi coming out to install it was the easiest and most professional experience I’ve had in Pensacola. He was quick, kind and affordable. Highly recommend

True professions. They replaced my old generator with a new one. Staff were courteous and polite yet friendly. Work was complete exactly as scheduled. Everything was throughly tested and job site left immaculate. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends.

I was having an issue with my A/C unit. The breaker was too large for my unit. It was about 4:15pm on a Friday when I called Primer Electric. Cody was leaving to go home for the weekend but he took the time to stop and see what was needed. It could wait until Monday. Cody came by and the replacement was done. Primer Electric notified me when Cody was on the way and sent a photo with his name so that I had that imformation before he arrived. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Will use again. Thank You Dan

I have been working with Ben for several years. I met him in 2022 when he upgraded the electrical service to our 1938 vintage house. Ben replaced the meter box with a main panel to power AC unit and setup connections for portable generator. He then replaced the inside panel. Later that year helped run service to my new garage. This week he ran power to a new mini split Ac unit for our upstairs area. Ben is smart quiet courteous and professional. He is patient with all my questions and different ideas on how to structure what I need.

I’ve owned a lot of homes and recently remodeled two here in Pensacola. Tried several electrical contractors with mixed results. Gave Premier a chance and couldn’t be happier with their responsiveness, professionalism, work, and pricing. Would absolutely recommend and will use again when needed.

The electricians did an excellent job. They arrived exactly on time, were courteous and respectful while working inside the house, and completed everything to spec. When they finished, they cleaned up thoroughly—left no trace behind. Highly professional from start to finish.

Experienced a circuit failure (in a 5 year old home!) which could not be corrected thru the circuit breaker or GFI reset. Called Premier Electrical Services - they responded immediately and were able to fit me in later that day. It turned out to be a complex problem and required 3 trips over 3 days but Cody diligently worked out the problem and got me back on track. I find him to be professional, honest, and diligent. He answered all my questions and explained the corrections needed. I do intend to call him first if I ever have additional electricity problems and will recommend to family/friends who require electrical services.
