We have been a Gulfstream customer for 2 1/2 years. Our service has been spot on. Shannon has been our weekly tech for a while now and he is so knowledgeable, reliable & courteous, every week. We know, with certainty, that our pool will look great.

Eric is our technician and our pool hasn’t looked this great in a long time. He is very thorough and professional. I am so pleased with this service and would not hesitate to recommend this service to others.

I had a major project after Hurricane Ian: my pool needed resurfacing, new coping, and I needed new lanai floors. Gulfstream Pool Care resurfaced my pool. They worked together with Covering The Cape (paver company). Both coordinated with each other and worked so well together so that I wouldn’t have to live in a construction zone for months. Instead, it took them 2-1/2 weeks from beginning to end. They were amazing and I now have what looks like a new construction home…a spectacular makeover on my 40 year old lanai. My experience with GPC was fantastic. I first met with owner operator Ryan. Once the job started, Gabreal was the project manager. They’re both excellent at what they do…from helping me with making decisions to answering all my questions, the crew that did my job was very professional, did a great job and were very respectful. I honestly can’t say that with other companies around the 239 area.

After my job was completed, we had an unexpected situation and GPC uncovered a rock hit and cracked a pool pipe that was leaking. Gabreal had his crew on it immediately. He answers my calls, texts and emails within an hour (at the very latest at the end of the day). Even after the job was completed. So, not only do they respond quickly (and without making me feel like I’m a bother), but their work is excellent. I’ve had so many repairs done post Ian, that I can tell you it’s challenging finding a company with these qualities. Without hesitation, I recommend them 100%. I wish I could post before and after pictures of my pool. Our homes are our sanctuary. And, I’m thrilled to enjoy mine and have a beautiful ‘new’ pool and lanai. Thank you to the whole GPC team.

Our regular pool service weekly with Jimmy has been bar none. Never has to be asked to do anything or check anything. Even more importantly, Gabreal put in a necessary railing by our pool. From request to quote to completion was so fast, we did not expect it. Great service by these folks. I would recommend them for any of their pool needs.

When Gabreal the project manager, met with us, we knew immediately Gulfstream was the right company for us.
They work on only 1 pool at a time so our renovation was completed quickly.
Their communication is A+!
Attention is given to every detail.
We had an auto-fill installed (no more hose!), and they easily kept the hot tub air bubbles on the floor working as in the old design. (Other companies said it could not be done).

Gabreal really made this project simple! He’s great to work with, listened to our ideas and moved us through the design process easily, resulting in our gorgeous tile combination. He has a knack for getting to know his customer and an eye for colors and design.
And he returns calls and texts within minutes (even on a holiday weekend!)

Justin the tile installer, gave such attention to details. He bounced placement ideas with us on site, to be certain the look was what we wanted. He didn’t make it his decision.

The surface installation crew worked nonstop even through bad weather covering the pool and plaster with tarps.

Gabreal is straight up, thorough and had a wonderful repore with us.
He really is so caring and helpful and took a personal interest in our project. We had to leave town during the project and he went himself to choose granite options for the spill over on the hot tub. He sent us pics and the choice was perfect.

We chose Gulfstream’s chemical start up and 30 day pool service and they kept us up to date with pictures and progress reports.

We’re extremely satisfied with the end results. We absolutely love our beautiful ‘new’ pool and hot tub! Thank you Gulfstream. We’lll continue to recommend this company!

I had my pool resurfaced by Gulfstream. I was very pleased with the entire process. Gabreal was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. Everyone on the crew was great, very pleasant, polite and willing to explain every step. They were very neat as well and cleaned up at the end of each day.

After going through 2 other services I finally found GulfStream Pool service. For over 2 years they have provided reliable and excellent weekly pool care. Darrell consistently shows up on schedule, kept my pool clean and clear, and sent pictures of my pool to my email after every service. Darrell is professional, courteous, reliable, friendly, and always greets me with a smile. The office staff Sharon, Brian, and Pam, are always pleasant, professional, and helpful, and respond quickly to my messages. I highly recommend Gulf Stream Pools in Fort Myers.

Gulfstream Pool Care has performed our pool service since we purchased our home. The prior owners evidently did not maintain the pool equipment satisfactorily. Gulfstream worked with us to return the pool system to excellent performance. Gulfstream excels at learning the nuances of your pool system and keeping you informed regarding your pool performance. Our current pool technician Evan is terrific.

I have been a satisfied customer of Gulfstream Pool Care for almost 20 years. Over that time, they have kept my pool functioning by taking preventative actions as well as troubleshooting when a problem does arise. I find their service to be affordable and the office staff to be very responsive whenever I have reached out.

Perhaps most important, I find their field personnel to be professional and friendly. My weekly contact is with Shannon. He goes above and beyond in explaining technical issues and answering any questions. He was invaluable to me when I had a new pool heater installed and spent extra time with me as I closed down my house when I left for the summer.

I highly recommend this company.

I was referred to Gulf Stream pool care from a friend to look at my salt cell flow issue and some education on our pool equipment. As a 1st time pool owner, I was nervous that I was asking the wrong questions and/or not asking the appropriate questions. I called and spoke to Brian in the office and set a time for repair specialist Robert to visit. Robert was professional, attentive, on time and more importantly listened to my concerns. He spent time with me teaching and educating me on proper maintenance and even helped with my warrantee salt cell replacement. Kudos to owner Ryan, Brian and specialist Robert for a great experience and I definitely will keep you in mind for any future pool needs. I truly appreciate your dedication to helping my family get back into our clean and enjoyable Florida pool. I will definitely recommend your team to those who need guidance and support.

We had damage done to our main drain return pool pipe during some landscape work. Gulfstream pool service responded back to my call the same day, came over to assess the situation and to look at the repairs that were needed. Gabriel placed us on the earliest appointment the next morning. We were back swimming by 10 a.m.. Thank you Gulfstream pools for your professional, fast, friendly and informative service!

The renovation project on our pool was just completed and we could not be happier with the process and the results. Ryan made sure that he fully understood our expectations and went above and beyond with researching our current automation system to assure everything would transition properly with our new lights prior to starting the project. Kevin and Neff were meticulous with the demo and tile work and the results are perfect! We could not be happier and recommend them highly.

I have had many pool service companies but kept having to change due to the pool service techs. We wouldn't get what we paid for during our weekly cleanings. Gulf Coast Stream has exceeded our expectations. Customer service is friendly and helpful. Our pool tech Eric is dependable, helpful with any questions and goes above and beyond. We purchased a pool railing from Gulfstream. Gabriel was amazing and help us choose a railing. It as installed yesterday (earlier than we expected - YEA1). Thank you Gabriel.
