MyPoolExperts is very thorough, dependable, knowledgeable and professional! We receive a report with photos after each service. Over the years, we have had friendly pool service, but just not right, the pool wouldn't be clean, they would forget to leave chlorine pucks, etc. We are so very grateful and glad we found MyPoolExperts! Romel provides top-notch services. He takes care of our pool as if it were his own! He vacuums it and puts the cover back on, if we had it on, and sometimes we are home and don’t even hear him!! We’re SO HAPPY with this service!

The previous owner of my home highly recommended My Pool Experts, and wow—am I glad they did! As a brand-new pool owner in SWF, I had no idea what I was doing. Romel came out and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to walk me through every piece of equipment, explained when it was installed, reviewed the warranty, and showed me exactly how everything worked. His knowledge was incredible, and his willingness to explain everything made a huge difference.

My pool has never looked better. When it came time to replace the pool pump, he gave me a very fair quote and had it switched out immediately—no delays, no headaches.
