Joe is so friendly and knowledgeable. When we moved in everything was a nightmare and I'm sure he could tell I was fustrated. The pool was trashed. It was covered in algae, filled with dirt, bottle caps and glass. He got the pool cleaned up, the mess cleared out and the water is now sparkling clean.
