Elijah has been doing an excellent job. Our pool is pristine blue and we are very happy with his service.

We’ve been very happy with Southwest pools after going through several other pool service companies. These folks do a very good job maintaining the water quality and our pool always looks great. Not an easy thing to do in turbulent Florida weather!

Elijah did a great job on my pool today, he is highly competent and customer service oriented. I look forward to him continuing to maintain my pool.

This team is very reliable never late. They’re thorough and professional. They have been watching water levels and let us know they were too low, with plenty of time to fix the issue. Very reasonable pricing. Our tech is one of the nicest guys around.

Elijah is our pool service tech and he has been great with noticing issues. He also does extra where ever he can to ensure our pool is in the best condition.

Our tech, Jarrith was very knowledgeable with Jandy equipment. He suggested to watch our actuators before replacement. The honesty was genuine and in the best interest of the customer, us. He clearly marked our pipings so we could monitor and call when the situation changes.

I have been with this company know for 4 years.. service has been great but got even better when Summer came on board and started taking care of our weekly pool maintenance!!! Not only is she a hard worker but an amazing person inside and out! Greatful you guys brought her on our team!

We started with SW Pools as a customer of AquaBrite after purchasing the house. We decided to continue with the same pool service company for continuity. It was a tough period due to management change. It took several months to sort that out.

Now SW Pools is fantastic. Their customer service is top notch, cleaning service never misses the schedule. And, I get an update after each cleaning!

Southwest pools is a great company to deal with. I use them for cleaning my pool, as well as getting parts and adding controls to the pool and spa. Great customer service!

Wanted to shout out Elijah from Southwest pools, he came by my house in Verdana Village to do a pool service. He vacuumed my pool, and made it look spotless. My pool has never looked so good. The next day my O-ring popped on my chlorinator. I called Theresa and she sent Elijah back to address it. He came back immediately and solved the problem. I highly recommend Southwest pools and a big thumbs up to Theresa and Elijah! They are both excellent. Thanks again guys!!

Southwest is the best! Been working on our pool now for several months and they are excellent at caring for your pool like it’s their own. Steven has been my technician and he takes the time to listen and does exactly what you ask. Great people and outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!

Great company! Great people! Tarah is the best customer service representative! I really appreciate her helps and services greatly. After closing the house, I left in a hurry left the pool without services for almost two months! She worked so hard to make the pool beautiful and enjoyable. All other staff members are taking good care of our pool so that I am rest assured that the pool can be enjoyed whenever kids and grandkids coming to visit! I know we are in good hands! Many thanks! Elijah is great! He keeps our pool in top shape and takes pride in his work. Personable, polite and very dependable.

Southwest Pools began servicing our pool when the took over for AquaBrite. They have done an amazing job in keeping our pool up and running with crystal clear water! They are quick to respond if we have any questions. It’s always nice getting a text report w/ a picture when our pool tech has completed his weekly service. No complaints here!

Elijah McMillan does a great job on our pool. The water is crystal clear, and the surfaces and nozzles are clean. It has never looked this good. He has gone the extra mile to take care of us.

The quality of work is outstanding – my pool looks absolutely stunning, and they even took the time to ensure everything was perfect before leaving. The staff was friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
