After years of dealing with various A/C companies it feels wonderful to finally have found a trustworthy company. From Kelly in the office to technicians that have helped us out we have finally found a company we will keep with.

Update:
We needed to replace our ductwork and received a range of quotes and we decided to stay with Florida Cooling Solutions. We are so glad that did.
Eric, Vinny and Gene did an excellent job with the installation. We have an older home so of course a couple of unexpected issues cropped up. The problems were immediately addressed and we were kept informed of the situation.
Product knowledge, communication and integrity seem to be at the core of this company and as a customer this is very much appreciated.
We are very happy with the final result which went beyond our expectations.

Tried a couple HVAC companies for service before using Florida Cooling Solutions and found the best and reliable service in the industry! We own a home in South Florida and aren't there full time so it is difficult to keep the 2 AC units running 100%. We have our units in the attic like 90% of Florida homes and have had to replace the garage ceiling twice already. Eric came out personally to come up with a solution for our problem and I must say he and his team are 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction! If you experience unreliable service and arr looking for a company that is 100% fast and reliable try Florida Cooling Solutions for complete satisfaction!! Highly recommend! The tech was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything step by step. He was able to find and fix the issue quickly. I would definitely recommend.

On time amazing service provided! Scheduled appointment was 8-10. Kervin showed up around 845 (a text was sent telling us he was on his way). He was very professional and explained each process he performed. He answered all our questions and quickly finished. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend to others!

This is our third year having Florida Cooling Solutions provide the annual maintenance for our AC system. As always, scheduling with Kelly H. in the office was easy. The tech (Giovanny M.) texted to alert us he was on the way. He arrived promptly and was thorough as we went through our entire system to make sure it was running smoothly and clean parts as necessary. He provided input on possible upgrades we may wish to consider with little pressure. I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable AC service company that is professional and at a fair price.

I noted an issue with my AC system at 630AM and placed a call to FCS around 645AM expecting to leave a message on an answering machine. Kelly answered the phone! I could not believe it!! Kelly was kind and beyond helpful. She coordinated for a Technician to head out asap. Vinny the Technician was amazing. I will continue to use them for all my needs, emergent and maintenance and highly recommend them.

Had them come out to check out system after our usual HVAC technician (different company) said we needed to replace our whole duct system. Eric was very informative/educational and did quite a bit of investigating before giving us a much more accurate assessment of the situation and what needed to be done. Easy to schedule and very friendly.

I received a detailed description of the service performed. I feel the price was fair for the parts and labor.

Florida Cooling Solution the very best AC service in SW Florida

I waited a year to write this review; I need more affirmation.
A year ago another AC Services told me that I need a new compressor and I happen to read about Florida Cooling Solutions and on a Saturday, I called the Company. Eric Thamann answered my call and came right away. In a very short time of inspection, he informed me that I don’t need that compressor. The other AC Company had the wires crossed so to speak. He has that AC running and told me that I had a leak in my Freon line. He did not use any tools, only his eyes and touch. He noted the Freon oil and proceeded to solder my leak. Other Companies would ask for a hefty diagnostic fee. He added more Freon to my system. I noted that this guy is old school, intelligent and competent. He then proceeded to correct my AC duct connection that the other AC person left open and causing inefficiency.

He came into the house and we talked and I learned that he is the president of the Company. He handed me a bill that is so reasonable. That day I saved easily upwards a thousand. Of course I was impressed. Here is a guy totally unassuming, down to earth and ooze competency.
Everything he did was perfect and my AC humming along totally trouble free for a year. Then foolish me was trimming bushes and my trimmer nicked the AC line and caused tripping. His crew came right away and had my AC running again. I messaged Eric again of my concern and he attended to it right away. The very next morning I have my affirmation. He listened to me and took care of his customer.

I wanted to share my experiences with all consumers and tell you that Eric, the very best, heads the Company and practice his skill on call every day. If you happen to get him you are luckiest guy and even if you don’t you can contact him, he will listen and take care of his customers.

Giovanny did a great job installing a new blower motor on our air handler. He was very knowledgeable, neat and efficient. Being a former contractor I know a good mechanic and Giovanny was terrific. Kelly in the office was also very helpful in scheduling the work.

they did it again, Our AC busted, all I had to do is one call to Kelly, set everything up for Peter to come by on Monday AM - AC was fried, figured everything out and had Rick come this morning, all done.. I have never shopped around, they have got my back all the time. Thank You guys
