Tim came within 30 minutes of us calling him that our AC stopped working. He fixed it at no charge due to warranty. He is so pleasant and experienced and had it fixed in no time! BEST customer service !!!

Couldn’t be happier with our service from Don! I had called the company, they returned my call within a half hour and had someone at my house within 2hours, right in the middle of the summer heat! Don was very friendly, even to our dog and knew within 30 seconds what was wrong, how to fix it and explained how to prevent it! Price was deff affordable, especially for “emergent” service! Would highly recommend and give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Gibson Air!

This company is the world's best!!! Our blower motor went out and they had to order a part. In the meantime they had a similar motor that they put in until the new motor arrived. We got a text message to make sure it was still working the next day. When the part arrived Donnie was here right away to put the new motor in. Their service is top notch. And they are only a personal phone call away--not 6 punches later to actually talk to someone.

We hired Gibson Air to replace our AC and all our ductwork last year. We chose them after hearing glowing reviews from a neighbor. They did not disappoint. It was such a pleasure working with Tim, Tania and their son Luke. They take pride in their work and treat you like family. The attention to detail was impeccable, even in the places you normally never see. And when the job was completed, there was not a speck of dirt or dust to be found anywhere in our home. Aside from the plentiful supply of cold air, you would never know they were there. I could not be happier with the result and will continue to use them for all our AC needs going forward.

Wow! after dealing with other company's they were amazing. We had a very old unit. They replaced it the next day and price was very reasonable. Customer service was 2nd to none. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Honest. Fair pricing. Last year during my routine annual checkup I asked about if my AC system needed to be replaced because of it being over 15 old and was showing some corrosion. They told me to wait and I that had at least another season of life left. They just finished installing a new system for me this year and am very pleased with the results.

Tim Gibson AC is the best! Great service at a great price. He goes the extra mile to teach you about your system and after he leaves it's fixed and will STAY fixed!! Tania (Tanya?) is also superb. They work with you and even help you over the phone! One night I called -- AC was down. Tim talked me through fixing it myself and didn't charge me!! Plus I learned some more about the system.

Gibson Air is always my go to. I highly recommend them for all of your AC needs. I called them at 3:00pm today because my AC unit wasn't blowing cold air and my house was hot. They came out to my house BEFORE 4:00pm and fixed the problem.

Was fortunate to be referred to Tim by our next-door neighbor.
