The system seams to be working fine the two guys that install it were very professional and polite but the guy that sold it to us promise sunlight to kill mole we didn't receive that

We’ve been using Kelly Air for about 5 years now for maintenance and they are always reliable, on time and honest with us. They do a great job and are very professional. Don was out at our house today and was very efficient and did a great job. He even helped us out with an issue we’re having with some ants! Great company, will continue using them.

Steven from Kelly Air handled our 6 month maintenance with professionalism and efficiency. He took time for my questions and explained what services he was performing. Great service all around!

Today I had Abel coming to do the ac maintenance, he was great and show me how dirty my ac unit it was , I was surprised since it was less tha 6 month from that previous service, but he took the time and dedication to do a great service !!! I will request him again!

Kelly Air installed our HVAC in our new build. We also use the yearly service program. We are very happy with the system and service they provide. Edgar was great. Got the job done promptly and was very courteous.

Kelly Air Systems did an amazing job fixing an issue I was told by another company would require a complete system replacement. Instead, Kelly Air took the time to educate me on my situation and advised that it would make more financial sense to replace my unit in the near future. In the meantime, they got our unit running with a reasonable solution, and I'm now exploring their financing options to replace my unit and reduce my utility bill. Every interaction, from the phone calls with the dispatchers to the technicians who made a couple of trips to my house, was an awesome overall customer service experience!

Steve E was the Kelly Air service tech who went out of his way to answer my questions regarding the vibrations present and addressed the loud noise resulting from the return air velocity. He was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. The service manager was also great in responding to my request for service and made it happen the same day requested.
