I had my air conditioning serviced today. Just routine maintenance. I was very happy with everything. The technician was very nice, thorough, and knowledgeable..He went over everything before and after the service and made sure I was happy with everything. He told me about the maintenance plan, and I will probably sign up.

Derek spent time with us explaining and also showing us why our A/C system was not working. He is very knowledgeable and answered many questions for us. We had a Wonderful experience with Caleb today, he came to do a tune up on our A/C... it has been running well but we knew we were on borrowed time. We discussed getting a new unit, Caleb never pushed, explained everything so calmly, in the end we decided to have him put in the unit, his price was fair and the timeline worked for us... Derek came to my house to check on an issue I was having with my air conditioner. He is a fantastic guy, so knowledgeable, professional, thorough and patient. He explained everything he was doing, inside and outside to the ac. He even took before and after pictures of what he did. He answered all the questions I had. I was so impressed by him that I signed up for the yearly service plan. I am so glad I called them.

Very Happy with the service. I contacted Non-stop Air based on their google review. When I woke up this morning I noticed my air stoped working I contacted Nonstop air and they were able to fit me in same day. Derek was my service tech and he was very professional and polite. He was able to diagnose to problem. Explained everything to me and have me up and running before he left. They don’t try and push you into any add on services just very straight forward. I was truly grateful and happy to see such efficiency and professionalism.

Caleb came out on 1hr notice to help stop a leak, great attitude and knowledge. Fixed the issue and gave recommendations for going forward. Rather than wait I purchased a new unit and Angel and Roque came the following Wednesday to install it. Great efficient and quick work they had everything up and running in no time. Angel answered all my questions and was very informative. Anyone looking for quality work should be calling Non-Stop Air.

Derek from Non-Stop Air is great, what really surprised me was that he took the time to show pictures of the areas he worked on, where he made repairs or cleaned. Derek even stepped up as a cameraman for a video shoot I was doing at the same time. Thanks for the great service and the helping hand.

Our air conditioner had an issue with the inside blower not working. The technician was able to identify the problems, and sort everything out while providing options. Very knowledgeable. He even called in extra help and stayed overtime on a Friday to resolve our issues. Very professional, very kind and considerate.
