These guys are awesome. They are always on time, always feel comfortable with the services techs. Never try to up sale you.

I called this company to come out and check on a breaker that said it needed to be serviced. They were quick, able to come our the very next day and arrived at the beginning of their scheduled window. They text and emailed me when on the way. When scheduling the apt I asked what the cost to come out was. The lady on the phone said there was no charge. The two men came out, we flipped the breaker on and it was working again. They gave us suggestions and quote on replacing the breaker (price looks affordable and reasonable to me). They tried to charge us service fee for coming out but when I told them the lady on the phone said there was no fee to come out, he agreed to waive it as they did not do anything. Very happy with my experience. Will call them again if we need help.

If you are looking for a straight forward, friendly, knowledgeable and trustful electrician, look no further than the guys at Ultimate Homes Cooling and Electrical. Their price for the work they did for us was more than fair and, again, they were straight forward with their observations as to what they identified were the key issues that had to be dealt with and they also gave a couple of alternatives that could be considered. At the end of it, we are very pleased and fortunate to have had these guys take care of us. Very pleased. We highly recommend this electrician and would call them again in a heartbeat when we are in need of their services again!

Needed an emergency visit on a Saturday…. Although it took 8 hours for them to come, THEY CAME!! And fixed my AC!! I’ve used them previously and they are professional, no selling etc!! Highly recommend!

Amazing service and installation! The team that installed my new system put a lot of time to do quality work on my total system replacement. All the duct board work and sealing was excellent and the custom duct to fit into the old one was masterfully done! They took their time and answered all my curious questions and they all seemed to work well together as a team! I highly recommend this company and their team!!

Very courteous, informative and professional. The company kept me up to date on arrival times and they arrived when they said they would. The techs, Danny and Tyler, installed an EasyStart system on my A/C unit. They went above and beyond by explaining how this would extend the life of my system, save my unit from electrical surges and lower my electric bill. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After our AC unit stopped working we called a few places to get estimates on purchasing a new one. Ultimate Homes won us over because they made time to come right over and evaluate our situation. They didn't try to over sell us with a bigger unit, but refreshingly they suggested a smaller air handler and gave us a fair market price for the replacement. We also got great financing to help with this surprise expense.
The two techs that did the install were very professional and polite, they made sure the area was protected and clean and didn't take any breaks until the job was complete. We have a very tight little closet space that the unit is located in and they worked around it to fit our needs. The air is working great and so quiet we can't tell if its on!
The overall experience with Ultimate was positive and we would highly recommend them if you are looking for a good AC company.

Our A/C shut down on a Saturday afternoon, and Ultimate Home’s and Cooling was amazing. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very professional and knowledgeable, and he quickly scheduled a same-day visit. Joe, the technician, arrived promptly, was thorough, explained the issue clearly, and fixed it right away. Joe took his time to make sure the problem was completely resolved. We’re so glad we chose this company to install our system a couple of years ago and continue to use them for regular service. Highly recommend!

Called their office around 1 pm and they sent a technician by 4 and stayed past 5 to find the problem and resolve. Excellent staff. Highly recommend !
