Worked with Deb on acquiring 6-10 ton units. She was more than helpful and was able to provide very competitive pricing. They also had the capability to get the equipment with in 5 days. In this day and time it can be a task to get readily available equipment but they sure made it look easy. We will definitely be a regular customer.

Did not have what I was looking for, but very nice counter man

Very rude receptionist. Total turn off to even want to go there and buy a part. How about we get a nice person if their job is to answer phones.

Greedy business. Had a water heater to replace under warranty. My plumber went there to buy it and AFTER they had said it would be a $50 fee, they charged $125 instead "because he was not a registered customer". Sadly no other place in the Cape to buy an AO Smith

We will let all know to please steer clear. Nick would not sell us plumbing parts because our company wasn't based locally. He stated his parts right now are for local plumbers only!!!! There is another supply house not to far that was glad to accept our out of town business.
