This business is the best I’ve used yet. He was at my house within 10 minutes of a call. Went through everything throughly. Very honest, helpful, and explained everything in detail. I decided to get my ac completely redone. And the job was outstanding. Backs all of his work up, and the finish product was very up to par. If anything else with my ac need to be looked at he will be the first I call.

Great responsiveness, arrived early and called first. Trouble shooting of AC was thorough and multiple actions were taken to correct potential root cause and ensure the system was back in good order. Would definitely recommend. We will use Larsen's for other property too. So good to see quality professionals working to provide great service.

Garry Larsen Did a fantastic job cleaning my 1 ton Mini split unit after just moving in two months ago To find it was very very dirty.

The unit is blowing cold air 10 times what it was before he cleaned it and he also came back today which is the next day and showed me how my remote works. I did not know some of the functions that it had.
He was very kind and efficient. I'll be calling him again for any other A C problems I might have.

Mr. Larsen is very knowledgeable and a professional. I’ve used him twice now. I have a home on dog island so it’s challenging if the HVAC goes out. To find someone to even come out to dog island is a chore, but Mr. Larsen doesn’t mind coming out to the island. He has his own boat as well so you don’t have to wait on a ferry service. My wife is on local Facebook groups and recommends him over anyone else not only for his quality work but for how he just simply shows up when he says and does what he says. I highly recommend Mr. Larsen not only if you have a home on dog island but anywhere in the local area.

Mr Larsen has been to our house a couple of times since we bought our home 4 years ago. He recharged our system the first summer and told us then that we were going to have to replace our unit- it was original, over 15 year old, rusted and had some unconventional wiring fixes over its years.He replaced a couple of components and switches over the next 2 years and finally last year he installed our new system. I sent him a message today, Saturday, to get on the schedule because I was having some issues and he told me what try and if it didn’t work he’d try to be out Monday. Well his tip worked and the problem is resolved.

I can’t recommend this company enough!! Over the last 4 years he has been at my house when he said would be there and has been knowledgable and fair. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your AC unit- look no further, give Larsen’s Heating and Air a call!

On a summer Sunday, while cooking, I noticed that it was getting rather warm in the kitchen and looked at the thermostat reading of 82 but it was set to 76. Larsen's returned my phone call on that Sunday and an appointment was made for the next day. Inspection of my 16 yr old heat pump showed that it needed to be replaced. Larsen's replaced my unit the next day and before noon, they were done and my house was getting cooled again. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable workmanship describes Larsen's Heating and Air to a T. I highly recommend without any reservation.

Great guys working to fix your problem. Called me back the next day, came to assess the day after. Very cordial and easy going. It’s clear they take pride in their work and I appreciate Garry’s fast response and communication. He’s knowledgeable in his field and it’s clear God has blessed him with his talents.

Gary and his crew were amazing. We called and told him our A/C unit had completely stopped working. Gary came out that same day and gave us a quote. We had also received a quote from another company. Both companies were about the same price however Gary actually took time to talk to us and explained everything. Gary’s company was able to get us back up and running within a week. The other company told us it would be a couple of weeks. I was charged $80 from the other company just for coming to my home to do a quote, when Gary came out he didn’t charge me anything for a quote and told us we were under no obligation to use his company however Gary answers his phone every time we have called him and always comes out that day or the next. Larson’s did a complete HVAC system in our home. The existing unit was the same one that came with the home when we purchased it 15 years ago. We’ve had nothing but a positive experience. He answers the phone and shows up on time. Gary and his staff were polite and attentive to our needs. His staff were respectful and stayed busy the entire day they were here. It’s obvious that he knows what he’s doing and cares about his work. It’s been great dealing with such a great business, which can be a real challenge in our local. We would recommend Larson’s for anything from a simple system check-up to a full demolition and rebuild. We hope his business sticks around.

Larsen's is excellent at what they do which is Heating & Cooling service & repair. Provided clear communications, arrived on time, and were very responsive to my HVAC needs. Additionally Gary & his crew were respectful of our home and throughly cleaned up after completing the work! Will definetly use Larsen's again for our annual AC check-up's. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs in the forgotten coast area.

Update 2-26-25. Gary and team replaced the first of both ACs. They were fast, clean, and careful. Gary came out prior and recalculated any adjustments needed from the original system and as usual just did a great job. AC #2 in a couple weeks. Thanks much Team Larsen.

Garry is always very professional, competent, efficient, and offers quality work. Very timely after our old unit stopped working. In at 7:30 am out by 12:30 pm. Completely new system and upgrade. He does the job right! Joan and Keith Shields
