It’s not often you find a contractor you can trust. Manny and his team fixed some stucco issues in our pool area and did a great job. We told him about the bad experience we had with a roofer who stole our money and he offered to do the job for us. He did not collect payment until the job was completed and to our satisfaction. He easily pulled permits and had our roof done in no time. I would highly recommend M&M Construction.

I had M & M Restoration restore our driveway, sidewalk and back patio.
The driveway had four cracks and all the concrete area's had stains.
They filled the cracks put a new coating on the driveway, sidewalk and patio.
After curing the cracks did not finish to my satisfaction.
Mike sent his crew back out and completely redid the section at his cost.
The final result looks fantastic. He is honest, reliable and does a professional job.
If you looking to refinish your driveway or concrete I highly recommend M @ M.

We would never trust another contractor with our projects! They did a complete rewire project for us in 2021 converting our house from aluminum to copper wire going above and beyond in increasing our electrical panel and all outlets. When my mother in law needed major work done on her condo again we called M&M Restoration to replace her entire flooring and redesign her kitchen. Now, when one of our bathrooms needed a total redesign, Manny came to the rescue and completed a beautiful reworking including wonderful tile work and perfect painting!! We will never use anyone other than M&M for any restoration work!!

Manny came, measured, took pictures and said he would do the job in a few hours. He said he'd send a quote that day. We called when he didn't get back to us. He apologized and said we'd get a quote that day. Still nothing! One more call, one more promise, unfulfilled. Now he doesn't answer calls. It would have been easy to call and say he didn't want the job.

Worst service job ever completed in the 23 years my parents have lived here. Paid 1/2 up front for surfacing patio and pool area. Owner didn't come back to start job for 3 months.
After numerous calls, letters and frustration, there are still 3 large bubbles( see pic) as well as the entire area feeling like sandpaper under your feet.
The owner promised to inspect it himself and fix it.
It's now August 2023.
I wouldn't hire this business.
Note: My parents also spent an additional $300 to clean the pool after the mess.
