Juan Pablo, arrived on time and ready to work. He was very detailed when providing needed maintenance to our unit. He did an outstanding job. Juan was Professional, respectful, and technically proficient. I strongly recommend him.

Airflow came out to do some routine maintenance on my AC system for my service contract. RJ was my technician, he was very friendly and professional. Arrived very prompty in my service window. Knew what he was looking for and worked quickly to ensure my AC continues running smoothly for the next year. I would 100% recommend airflow for all AC needs, they are always the best at making sure the system is running as it should.

Wanted to give RJ very high marks as he was just at our residence for a maintenance check. RJ is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!! He deserves all the praise he receives and my wife and I are very thankful for his help!! Thanks much RJ!!

We recently had the annual tune-up on our four a/c systems (two residences) under our Air Flow maintenance agreements. The office staff worked with us to schedule all four tune-ups on the same day. Deante, our service technician, was meticulous with each unit and when he finished, he went over with us in detail what he had done with each one. We have purchased four Carrier systems from Air Flow and maintained annual service agreements for over 20 years. This exceptional service is the reason why.

We have been using Airflow for 3 years and have the maintenance plan for every 6 months. They are so efficient and do a great job. They also found things we didn't know were broken and since we had maintenance plan 100% of parts and labor were covered. Our technician today was Juan and he went above and beyond.🙂

I had a really good experience with Ricardo, Mike, and Bruno who came from a long distance away to install a new air conditioning unit at my home. I've been an Air Flow customer for more than 20 years because of the service and the quality of the machines they install.

I am under an Air Flow service contract and Juan Duffo performed my annual preventive maintenance service today. He was polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to keep my eight-year old Carrier AC/heat pump system running well. I am quite pleased with the contract and pleased with the service received. Jerry and Erik came to clean out 27 vents in our home. We had complained before calling Air Flow that the A/C did not work the same in every room. To our surprise, they told us that when taken down the grills to clean the vents, that 6 or 7 of the grills were completely closed. I was completely blown away by this news that explained the air flow in our home. They spent several hours doing a thorough job of cleaning all the vents and the A/C unit itself. They were extremely professional and answered all our questions. We are very grateful for their work.

We called Air Flow as a non customer. Joshua took our info and got someone out to us, same day. Riley called to let us know when he was 30 min out and was prompt, efficient and worked his butt off to get us back up and running in the Florida heat! Various price options were presented with honest breakdowns and without sales pressure. We’re now regular customers!

Felix the technician came to do my annual maintenance today and I was extremely satisfied for various reasons. He called me prior to coming so I could know when to expect him. He was timely and very professional and courteous and asked if I had any questions or concerns before he started. At the end of the service he gave me a rundown of all the parts and functions he checked and let me know the status, which was quite thorough and much appreciated since I haven’t always received that in the past.
