We have been using A Cut Above Tree & Landscape for about 6 years to do seasonal trimming on our large trees 1- 2 x annually. They were here this past week and did a great job as always. Knowledgeable, respectful and always clean up the yard after they are done.

A Cut Above removed downgrowth and took the sale out of our Live Oaks and did an excellent job trimming and pruning trees in the back also. Great equipment and talent!

For over 25 years we have utilized A Cut Above Tree Service exclusively. We value our trees and landscape too much to trust companies that are not as professional and well trained. Price has always been comparable for the quality delivered. Outstanding family owned business.

The most mindful tree service around! Trained arborists that actually care about the health and longevity of your trees as well as the appearance, safety, and overall benefit of your property. Very attentive and actually listen to your questions and requests. The crew is amazing in every way. Friendly, courteous, and incredilbly clean. They even cleaned up lots of old leaves on the side of the driveway that we had let pile up from blowing. We have used them for annual pruning, removal, and stump grinding and will never use anyone else. It's like hiring The Lorax to maintain your property.

This company delivers quality, value and service in a professional and timely manner. All staff and owner are tops in getting the job done. We highly recommend them for any tree service. What a great crew. Nothing was left undone. Perfect work.

Let me preface this review by saying I was co-owner and operator of a tree service in the past, so I am very picky about choosing a tree service. I had been interviewing various tree services for over a year to remove a large dying oak in my backyard that was threatening my neighbor's property. I saw A Cut Above Tree Service operating in my neighborhood and liked their work. I reviewed their liability insurance, which they had readily available for my perusal along with their license.
Not only did they discuss with me beforehand how they were going to remove the tree, but they also discussed it with the neighbor behind me. His yard is the access point in this particular neighborhood, and he advised them where to come in and what path to take with their equipment (because the oak was too dangerous to climb).
They gave an extremely reasonable bid for the job and scheduled it to coincide with my obtaining the permit.
They did an amazing job! And even though they had to use heavy equipment for the removal, 1 week later it's almost undetectable on my neighbor's lawn where the heavy equipment was used. Not only that but they raked up every leaf and twig, and in short order.
I can't recommend A Cut Above more strongly.
As an additional note: Please, no matter who you choose to have any tree work done, verify they have adequate insurance. A lot of "lawn guys" with a chain saw will show you they have license and insurance, but the liability insurance for a lawn service (popping off a sprinkler head) is a lot different than that of a tree service (putting a tree through the middle of someone's house). If you hire someone without the proper license and insurance your homeowner's will not cover any damage to any property or themselves that they may incur and you will be held personally liable for the whole thing!

The team of A Cut Above are wonderful. Hank the owner personally comes out and gives a free quote for work that is needing to be done, he is also a certified Arborist and will review the health of your trees also. The team is punctual and provide the best quality tree service that I have used. If you want to best around, you should pick A Cut Above!

These guys showed up like an army. Every single person I spoke to was polite, professional, & an absolute pleasure to have at my home. They suited up in vests and hard hats & did what they said they would. (Remove 2 monster trees in 3-4 hours) my neighbors are still talking about what a professional production it was. They even cleaned up the street after the trees were out. Tony gave me a more than fair price as well. I wouldn’t ever consider calling anyone else on earth for tree work. THANK YOU ALL!!!

Had great, quick service setting up both estimate and work with Krista. Got the work done quicker than expected and she kept me in the communication loop with workers time/date. Thanks Krista! Arborist did a good job as well.

Hank came out to look at our 60 foot pine tree that was hit by lightning 2 times over the past year. We had to remove it and A Cut Above was awesome helping us get through this project. The guys came out and took the tree down in 1 day. The next day the cut tree was removed. They were very Professional, good price and are very Honest. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a Tree Service!

I couldn't be more pleased with this company. The crew listened to what I wanted and did it beautifully. They were so polite and caring. Clean up was a snap. The price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend A Cut Above Tree Service to anyone who wants a great job.

Called they did not return my call. They must not need the work.

I called and left a message to gave someone call about a willow tree that was in distress. I never received a call back.

Zero communication skills. Will cut trees above vehicles or anything else in the way with no warning. They have been cutting trees in our business complex for several years and we have repeatedly asked for even a simple warning prior to their scheduled work day so that cars can be moved. Most of our employees are on the road during the day and cars cannot be moved at a moments notice. Extremely frustrating practice from a business.

They came to our house looking for business. We said yes, needed one small tree cut back. They gave us a price and promised to be back within 5 days. After 5 days, we called. They said they had not forgotten us… 3 days later we called again. They said oops, they had not put us on the work list. They promised to be by in a couple of days. It has been 3 weeks…. I don’t think they are coming. They are liars!
