The two gentlemen that came out today Anthony and Corey were awesome. They arrived on time. They helped me found the problem. They explained things to me so I would understand what was going on. They were very nice and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Arrived on time. Made several checks on my heat pump. Discussed the possibility that the fan motor was showing low voltage. Overall gave a clean bill of health.

Amazing customer service with no delays in answering or calling back. Scheduling the estimate was simple and fast and the installation of our new unit was efficient and thorough. Thank goodness Duke Energy, under the AC home program sent out Anthony and Cody.
My previous AC company which was out yesterday, said I had dirty coils with rust, and that I needed a defroster panel for over $1000, which I do not need after all.
I trust their opinion and honesty.
They are now my new to go AC company and have signed up for them to do my six month maintenance program.

I used Elite Craft Pros through Duke Energy's HVAC repair program for emergency repair. Anthony and Cody were AWESOME!!! They responded quickly and were able to diagnose the problem right away. We had a major copper line replacement and a compressor replacement. Anthony And Cody worked well together to make the repair. They were informative, respectful and highly efficient. I would highly recommend Elite Craft Services and Duke Energy's HVAC program. Be sure to ask for Anthony and Cody!

I was extremely impressed with Elite Craft for my HVAC needs. Normally I don't take the time to write out a review, but I have to give kudos to their speed, competence, and customer service.

I can count on one hand the number of times I have had a contractor or tradesman arrive on the early half of a time range, but Elite Craft makes the cut. They arrived the same day as the request was put in, diagnosing and fixing an AC issue in less than 30 minutes at the house.

I also want to highlight their diagnostic skills. They were methodical and efficient, moving from part to part of the system and eliminating possibilities until they figured out the issue (a short messing with the control board on the external unit), and within 10 minutes, had everything working.

I currently have cool and working AC hours (or days!) faster than it would take most companies to even arrive on the scene. They were friendly and great communicators as well. I wholeheartedly recommend Elite Craft for any and all HVAC issues.
