I hired Florida anchor and barrier to do the vapor barrier in my double wide mobile home along with the laminate floor. They were very respectful first and foremost moreover the quality of the work was impeccable. The work was completed in a very timely manner and no inconvenience to me or my wife. thank you to Florida anchor and barrier for a job well done

Kurt came out and supplied a detailed estimate. Answered my questions and explained how everything works, timeframe and details. He was on time, professional and friendly. The crew lead by Rufus did vapor barrier, added supports, lifted duck work off groubd, insulation and added clips to secure mesh around foundation. Excellent job that was explained and all showen to me as it progressed. Quality workmanship with friendly and professional interactions. Very pleased with job done. Good clean up after the job was completed. The crew lead by Hernan did the entior work which was removing flooring, remove baseboards, moving furnirure, putting in New plywood subfloor, replacing flooring, replacing baseboards and putting furniture back. Excellent work done by professional and friendly crew. My questions answered along with seeing work. Cleaned up after was complete. Showed on time and work all performed as detailed. My job experience was excellent and would look no where else but using this company again for sure. I appreciated the high quality professional job performed.

The crew came out to our park model trailer in Ft Pierce to re-level after some settling. They were polite, clean, fast, friendly, and did a great job. The company charges a bit higher fee than others, but they were the only company to return our calls for service.

We got a few bids from companies for the replacement of our vapor barrier and anchors. Justin by far was the most pleasant , knowledgable salesman we had come out! He broke down all the prices and explained everything and was very patient with all of our concerns. We did our research before we made the final decision and found out this company has been in business for a long time and they are well known in our park with all great reviews. We did get bids from other companies but they were not as knowledgable and also had not been in business for very long and that did not sit well with us. We did have one company pushing to get the job and they wanted to start the next day, which I though was strange, like they were desperate for work. We chose Florida Anchor and Barrier and they did a great job. They gave us a date, showed up on time, did it in a timely manner like Justin had explained and left the outside area of our home they way they found it, spotless. The workers were very polite young men. I would recommend them again to all of my neighbors! Wonderful company.

Great service, extremely professional. Came on time, explained the work to be done. When finish they check with me for any questions or concerns. They provided and email with the pictures of the work done. Highly satisfied with them. Wish more businesses were this easy and professional to deal with.

Great job done. What started out as a vapor and barrier turn out to be a replacement of the wood floor beams and a replacement of the floor. I'm grateful for Eddie pointing out things to me that needed my attention. Eddie always kept me informed of what was going to take place. I really appreciated that he was not 'pushy'. All the decisions made were my own. His crew was super amazing.

I'm very happy with the job done on our mobile home in Down Yonder. Justin gave me a very detailed estimate with pictures. We own a 1971 home that had all the original insulation and barrier. It was full of mold and in a sad state of disrepair. Thought the estimate was a little high, bur after seeing the scope of work to be performed, I understood the cost and the value to my family. A 3 man crew showed up on time, was courteous, polite and well spoken. Cleaned up after they were done and left no clue they had even been there. Hopefully they will stand behind their work and keep the promise to repair or replace any issues in the future.

They came to give an estimate, inspected our vapor barrier and piers, showed us pictures of what needed repaired. It was nice to see the pictures so we fully understood what needed to be repaired. They repaired small areas of our vapor barrier and our piers. We received pictures of the repaired areas. We felt safer and were happy with their service. The price was very reasonable for all the work they completed. I have OCD when it comes to keeping track of everything done to my home, repairs, carpet cleaning, additions, large or small, I have records and photos. They accommodated my OCD requests. Highly recommend their company. Honest, helpful, quality work for a wonderful price.

The crew we had were very courteous, friendly, did excellant work. arrived on time and were very professional. When they were done they cleaned up everything. They sat with us show the pictures of the underside of our mobile hone and answered any of our questions. Some of our neighbors were so impressed with them that they hired them to come and give an estimate on some work they want done. We got a quote from Greg about doing some work on our home. Greg has to be one of the nicest salesmen we have ever had come to give us a quote. He answered all of our questions, and boy we had a lot! They are the only licensed general contractor that we met with for mobile homes which say a lot. We decided to go with Florida Anchor and Barrier after the great appointment and all the positive reviews we got from neighbors. They have been in our newsletter for over 10 years and I was so happy to be able to find a reputable company in there. They came out and finished the job in a timely fashion, did a wonderful job, cleaned up before they left, and even their workers were polite. What a great experience. I can't say enough. If you call them see if you can get Greg to come out. He was wonderful! I will be following suit and recommending them to everyone I know that needs mobile home work done.

Kurt was a great front person for the company. I was impressed with the company’s promptness and attention to detail. Set up the project for January 8, 2023. Christian and the crew showed up about 930 on the eighth one day tear out one day install all was nice and tight lifetime warranty beautiful job.

We used Florida Anchor and Barrier in Largo Florida recently and while there was a small interpretation issue with what we expected and what was provided, it was explained and quickly sorted out to our satisfaction. The knowledgeable, friendly staff and customer service were a pleasure to work with. The service was prompt and the installers left the area clean and tidy.
I would recommend them to anybody.

I would like everyone to know that after hurricane Melton, my double wide is perfectly fine. Your company just came out and checked everything just to make sure and it’s all perfect. This is why I still have a home is because of all the work that you did thank you so much . I want to thank this company and all your hard workers. They did a fabulous job underneath our double wide. It was horrible under there. All the old insulation had fallen there was mold, and they fixed all of it like it's new. And we had six broken anchors, and they fix them all

Very honest company.did many needed repairs.leveled our unit and replaced broken plates, repaired vapor barrier that had been ripped open by rats. Replaced insulation where needed.Replaced heating and air tubing that had been filled with water.This company backs it's work. Would highly recommend.

This company came after my first call to them, crawled around on the ground, took pictures and gave us a quote and returned several days later to do the work. Several people came, crawled under our mobile home, replaced the vapor barrier and, after several hours, finished without leaving any mess behind. It’s amazing to look at the photos after the work was done - what a difference!

We hired Florida Anchor and Barrier to install a new vapour barrier under our house 12 years ago. We just had it inspected by the company's representative, Garrett (a superbly agreeable and knowledgeable gentleman with excellent communication skills), and the barrier was still in perfect condition, as demonstrated by the photos Garrett took to show us. Clearly, the original quality of materials used and quality of installation could only be characterized by the simple words "most excellent". Over the years I've learned that a durable quality end result requires two things: quality materials and quality work execution (installation). This company exceeds expectations in both areas. I explained that with a hurricane coming, I'd like to wait ! She agreed and when I told her we just found out w had a bad spot in the floors that I'd like to repair 1st she agreed again and said just call when we were ready no pressure at all .ok, the new date set the installation crew shows up NOT late, but EARLY wow wasn't expecting that.Andy was the leader and did what a leader does I think after explaining everything that is going to happen he was the 1st under our mansion

I strongly recommend this company for your vapor barrier repair or replacement.
A thorough inspection was completed to ensure what was truly needed. I was not sure if my insulation had gotten wet or if it was just certain places,under the home, in hurricane Milton,potentially causing more damage,i.e., mold! Two of the local companies agreed, and the inspection definitely determined the satuation.
The professionalism, time taken,and most importantly,the peace of mind,I have now,after wards can't truly be expressed. Flordia Anchor and Barrier are an outstanding choice overall! Everything was explained in great detail,and they took the time to show me pictures of why I required the entire replacement.( I knew,but looking this was my case)
The other companies,surely said I needed the placement,but they seemed more interested in the buck ,rather than the safety of protecting my home,not to mention the outrageous amount of their cost. .Heck, one company came and never even looked yet handed me a figure. Don't be taken by these other companies

I received excellent service and quality installation of insulation and a vapor barrier from Florida Anchor and Barrier. Due to the extreme flooding in October 2024, I went through this process twice! Once as part of a renovation and again after the flood. The team is professional, thorough and keeps you informed every step of the way. They also redid my 34 year old anchors and our unit remained solid in the face of Hurricane Milton.
