Casey & Will were extremely thorough and took the time to explain all of my options, clearly breaking everything down by price. What I appreciated most was how they helped me prioritize what needed to be done first based on my budget, without any pressure.

Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they were both friendly, personable, and very respectful. They worked quickly and efficiently, left no mess behind, and were incredibly considerate of my dogs, which meant a lot to me.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

George and Caesar were on time and worked diligently. They were courteous and respectful to our property; were receptive to suggestions and explained WHY some could not be achieved. They clearly labeled the Electrical Panel as well as cleaning up after themselves.

Red Royal Electric was wonderful. The receptionist was always very kind on the phone and was helpful in scheduling appointments. Brandon and his team were professional, efficient, and talented. They were able to put up the chandelier in my stairwell -- which was not an easy job with 20' ceilings -- in under an hour! Will definitely use their services in the future if needed.

Keith and Corey from the Red Royal Team did a fantastic job installing 3 light fixtures for us! They were able to install them within 24 hours of our call, they were on-time, reasonably priced, and ensured our home was cleaned up of all electrical/packing materials. This is the third job that Red Royal has done for us, and we highly appreciative of their quality work.

This was the first time that I used Red Royal for A/C services. One of my units at home stopped working abruptly, and the techs came out and diagnosed it pretty quickly. They gave me a quote for the repair in about 30 minutes, and happened to have the correct blower motor with them, so the repair took only about an hour. Start to finish, Red Royal was efficient and professional, and working with them was easy because of their good communication. My techs, Chris and Alberto, are great! Thank you, Red Royal!

I believe electricians were very knowledgeable and solves the problem at hand in very short time. I'm very happy with the outcome irrigation people still need to finish project. The professionalism of the employees was outstanding and greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

Casey did a phenomenal job installing 12 different fixtures for us. 3 are Philips hue recessed that needed box reconstruction. The rest were expensive lights from Restoration Hardware. 3 are fairly heavy glass/crystal cloche pendants over a large island. He went into the attic and was able to provide heavier rated boxes. The other 6 fixtures are sconces in the foyer and master bathroom. Our new home looks amazing now. I'd certainly recommend him for his work, work ethic, and friendly attitude.

Cody came out to rewire my boat lift. He was knowledgeable and did and excellent job. The service and communication was fantastic.

Joe & Q were efficient, respectful and informative adding 2 new breakers for refrigerator and microwave. The wiring was a challenge due to the distance between the appliances and electric panel. I can now use the refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven at the same time. Thank you Red Royal Electric and your team of licensed professionals.

Josh was very professional and courteous! He isolated the problem and gave me a quote with a military discount. I would recommend Josh for recognition of his outstanding work.

We can’t say enough about Steve. What a knowledgeable foreman! He has come to our house multiple times, has always answered our texts, and has always picked up his phone when we had questions. We worked consistently with Lester, an outstanding electrician, Cesar, Casey and few others. We will always call Red Royal Electric for any future small or big job because we know it will be done right.

Cody helped me with my outside lighting issue. He listened to my concerns and made a plan that fit my needs. The work took no time. Very satisfied.

Our new hot water heater pulled more electricity than the one we had to replace. We called Red Royal to potentially install new electric work to handle the heater. They told us that the plumbing company should have access to lower powered units. We called, and the plumbers made an adjustment to our heater. This tech could’ve said nothing and gotten over $1,000 in business, but he was HONEST about work that didn’t need to be done. We will always use Red Royal in the future and recommend them everywhere we can!! Honesty truly IS the best policy!!
