I highly recommend Joe Logan and Code Construction. Very professional and knowledgeable, with great attention to detail. I was also very impressed with the customer care and service. I will definitely do business with them again in the future!

Joe is a professional and knows his stuff. He and his crew did a wonderful job on my bathroom remodel.It looks beautiful! This is the second time I've hired him and it won't be the last.

Joe and his team have been timely, professional and responsive with my questions and situation. They rebuilt a shower for me and it turned out great. He communicates well and immediately, even after the job is completed. His team was always attentive and courteous. 5 stars. Will use him again in the future.

Joe and his team are amazing. They renovated my kitchen last year, and this year I had them back to do the bathroom. Joe is a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Code Construction to anyone that needs renovation work.

We bought our house in 4/2020 and Joe had done a remodel of the bathroom and kitchen and the quality of the work was fantastic. We wanted to add some cabinets as well as counter and backsplash. He also did some trim repair and painting outside. He gave us a quote and a timeline. He checked on the project each step and inquired about concerns. The quality of the work we fantastic, he was on time, he was very responsive and all of the contractors he used were friendly and the quality of the work was impressive. I’ve already referred him to some friends that are looking for quotes on projects.

I did plenty of research when choosing a GC to remodel my Tampa home. After countless interviews, bids and appointments, I decided to hire Joe Logan with Code Construction. Code Construction successfully performed a COMPLETE remodel of my newly purchased home. The home was built in the late 90s, we literally changed every door, screw, light fixture, socket, ripped out the entire kitchen, laundry room, all bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, knocked down walls, replaced the roof, reran pipes, water, gas, and SO MUCH MORE. Everything that can be remodeled was replaced. During the entire project, Joe was so incredibly transparent, honest, ON TIME and so detail oriented this process was actually fun and exciting. Joe uses technology to communicate with you, he is fast, very organized and catalogues everything you tell him, whether its in a text, an email or a face to face discussion, he remembers. You never have to say things twice, it GETS DONE. He had my best interests in mind 100% of the time, and his #1 concern is having the job done right. Joe looks for tiny details that the average consumer does not see. He has a team of 4 other men on his staffs that also are incredibly detailed, always on time, CLEAN and also had my best interests in mind. They made the project fun, always smiling and always welcomed me into the home when they were working to show me how the project was coming along. Joe's team even worked on weekends, holidays, at night and whatever it took to get my custom home remodel completed. I couldn't be happier, down to every little nail, screw, scratch and ding, they make sure its all DONE RIGHT. Code Construction even had some excellent design tips and suggestions in making my ultra modern dream home a reality. Joe's pricing is also transparent and very fair, his team earned every penny and I would hire them again without question. My business partner was so pleased with Joe’s performance, he hired Code Construction to remodel his master bath.

We could not be happier with the work done through Code Construction. We had major attic and roof damage that was found during AC duct replacement which left us without air until we were able to fix the conditions so it was safe for the AC workers to continue. Joe came our the same day in order to access the damage. He got us a quote very quick and we was able to start work with the architect immediately. I appreciated that he gave honest information and options for how we could save some money by doing part of the work ourself. Within just a couple days he had crews out to repair the damage. The guys he sent were professional and so compassionate about the horrible situation. They did thorough work and cleaned up after themselves. Joe was very responsive to our calls with questions and even took time on Independence day to call us to walk us through everything. Once the project was finished, he followed up to be sure we were happy with the work. I would highly recommend Code Construction and would definitely use them again.

Hands down the most organized, responsible, honest and best general contractor in Tampa and Clearwater Florida. He is a master builder. Do not consider anyone else. If you don’t believe there are guardian angels in the world just call Joe and Lindsey.

I have worked with Joe at Code Construction three different times.Each experience he has been nothing but professional, always answering questions in a very timely manner, always using very reliable employees and never leaving the job until his customer is satisfied. Code Construction did a full remodel of my home 10 years ago, they did so great that I hired them again to perform a massive remodel on a much larger property I purchased, the scope of work was at least 3x larger than the last, it was far more complicated, more moving parts, more responsibility and just more of everything. The Florida remodel market is also very different now than it was in the mid 2010s. However, not with Code Construction. Joe, Lindsay and the rest of their team yet again delivered everything as they promised with clear, fast communication and utilized technology even further to efficiently remodel my home. The job was done in the time Joe had estimated (about 6 months), EVEN withstanding 2 hurricanes and multiple changes that I decided to make as we started to peel back the layers. Code gave me excellent advice along the way allowing me to make the best decisions for me. They even had many of the same employees that worked on my last house 10 years ago, which is a testament to Code’s loyalty and reputation. When unexpected things happen, Code Construction was there to coach and make things right. You would think that during a hurricane Joe and his team were worried about their own houses, well they were thinking about mine too. Joe was at my house the next morning checking on everything, looking for leaks with infrared tools, and making genuine recommendations on how to make my home better. Even after I made mistakes that were my problem, Joe coached me on how to handle it, and always made things right. They are so easy to work with and not once did I ever feel like Code didn’t have my best interest in mind. I couldn’t be happier in my forever home and feel lucky to have Code Construction in my corner (again) a decade later.

Great company. Im ecstatic with the condo renovation Joe Logan and his company did for me. Every aspect of the remodel went smoothly, quickly too! I am finally living in my dream home. Kitchen both bathrooms total painting hanging installation of light fixtures and installed all new appliances;floors countertops window blinds etc!!!

Be very careful before you use this company. The reviews are for simple jobs. I would suggest you have a lawyer review their contract before you begin anything. This company employs a third party company, All Good Flooring, who took 5 boxes of our LVT Flooring, and now we have to go to Small Claims Court. This guy is on his bike or at the gum more than he is at the job site.

Joe Logan of Code Construction was unlike any GC we have ever used. He is reluctant in having you see the work he has done for his clients. That made my wife and I suspect of his testimonials and personal claims.

After interviewing five vendors for an in depth home remodel ($150,000 project), he was the only GC who took no notes, no measurements, and wanted us to provide him with the scope of work his competitors developed. That is unfair, lazy, and unprofessional conduct.

Although he admired our "due diligence" in asking lots of questions he determined, I guess, that he would rather deal with those who just sign a contract without qualifying a company that, in effect, will be tearing their house apart.

We have since contracted with another company that was only too happy to refer us to their clients who, in turn, were only too happy to brag about their contractor.
