It is so hard nowadays to find AC companies that truly are experts in their trade vs. being salesman. Erwood technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. I have been very happy with their service.

Most AC guys are not familiar with Mini Split systems. Not Flo/Erwood Heating & AC. A friend had recommended them. They knew exactly what they were doing. I am an engineer & getting well trained, skilled techs I know, is not easy.

Things to consider when hiring an AC company:
1. Recommending the right system for a business or residence, without overselling. A system that is too powerful will not perform correctly and a system that is not powerful enough will not perform correctly. The Air-flo estimator recommended the perfect system for our home.
2. Workmanship: Having been in construction for 15 years, I recognize high quality workmanship. The workmanship was top notch and the technicians were friendly and explained everything, each step of the way. I was amazed at how precisely they contoured the duct cover that sits between the unit and the house. They took the time to make several precise measurements so that the cover sits perfectly between the unit and the house.
3. Customer service. This may be the most important quality of an excellent company. The office staff is friendly and they are excellent communicators. Unlike many companies, the owner Stuart is involved and friendly and introduces himself to customers. This helps to create a friendly, personal relationship with the company. As a customer, I feel comfortable calling Stuart any time and I know he is happy to talk to me. I rate Air-flo/Erwood 5 stars in all three areas. I highly recommend Air-Flo to anyone looking for a top-notch, reputable AC company.

The AC in the condo failed in July. My regular repair guy was too busy to help. I noticed a sticker on the old unit and wondered if they were still in business. Well they were and they still had the records of the unit they installed over 20 years ago. The unit had been giving us problems off and on for a couple of years so I got a quote, checked online for other prices, and it was fair. They bumped our job to the top of the list and finished the work in a half day. And they made sure it worked with my Nest thermostat. Thanks Stu and team!

Even though it ended up being one of those “that’s it? I could’ve done that” type of fixes, they were amazing! So friendly, personable, and professional. Very quick to respond. Josh and the guy he was with are the best! Both were great. Thank you!

Stuart, the owner, and his crew did a fantastic job in our condo complex. I had them my old system for a reasonable price, which was in a four story building. The owner was there during the entire installation, and made sure everything was done neatly and efficiently. I am very happy with the service they provided, will continue to use them, and I will make referrals to other people, gladly.

I have worked with several AC companies but wanted to share the incredible experience I have had with Air-Flo. It all started when I needed a top of the line system for a condo. Their prices were fair and work was top notch. I have since used them to install units at other properties and everything went smooth from the permitting, installation and follow through. IN addition, whenever I had a problem, Stuart was so responsive in returning my calls and getting my technician Paul to come out in the middle of the night. I just didnt want such exemplary service go unnoticed.

It was my first time using this company. They arrived quickly and we’re pleasant to deal with. They diagnosed the system, replaced the part and got it up and running. In this day and age, good help is hard to find. I heard of this company from a friend that told me they were honest and fast.Thank you Air-flo/Erwood

Had them come out a couple months ago to do air ducts and dryer vents, from a special I saw for $120 in the flyer. They didn’t do anything to the air ducts. They said that they couldn’t access them because they needed to get in attic, which I didn’t have access to then. They didn’t do the dryer vents properly either, they’re supposed to go up on the roof and clear it out on the other side which they did not do. They’re also supposed to look at it with cameras which they also didn’t do. They sent two guys out here who barely spoke English either. Waste of $100!

Firstly schedule for a routine cleaning for their special. The gentleman arrives, immediately tried up charging me. I said hold, I’m only looking for this service. Then he says he has to inspect. Ok whatever. Then my original service of $99 I signed up for turns into along $900 when I said not happening lol he said ok turned around and left. Then looking he never closed up the cover for my ac system. Left all the screws loose and when contacted the texted service basically got no help. Waste of time —- do not recommend. Find another company. Oh also to throw out there. I wanted a maintenance cleaning on 5 air vents - that’s what the quote of $900 was for and an upcharge for sanitation. lol
