I truly loved Jess the technician who came to help. She has great knowledge and quality work. I was really grateful for the fix she did! Truly thoughtful, good pace, and reliable!

Just moved from Lakeland, and tried to install my own Nest; forgot to turn off breakers on air handler, and blew the fuse. They are nearby, so I drive over there hoping to just buy a fuse. They ended up just giving me three of them after hearing my sob story!

Then, I had an issue with a thrown code for heat when it got cold. Called them to come over. It turns out the DIY-er (not me) who installed the system a couple years ago did not wire it for a heat pump!!! They caught this right away. The tech informed me they'd have to run another wire from the Nest to the air handler through the walls, and it could cost $3-400. I got a call the next day and said they discussed another solution to just run the wire along the utility wall underneath the cabinet, into a nearby closet where the Nest was on the other side - $140!!!

These guys are professional, prompt, friendly, and seem to put your needs FIRST. They are on my speed-dial. Thanks, guys!!!

Learning some new things at Air West to make the buying process easier for homeowners.

Air West came out to my job at 4pm on Thursday 10/07/21 because our system stopped working. Unfortunately we have a leak in our system which was really old, management decided to change the system. Air West returned the following day FRIDAY 10/08/21 at 8:30am to change the system out. The guys all around between the technician and install, explained what was going on and what they were doing. I know if I have any problems come up at my house in the future, they will be the company I call.

The Air West is highly recommended. They provide a quick response and there work is dependable. Everyone that I have been in contact with are friendly and the technicians take time to explain issues and work completed.

Used their service two times this year and both times were please with the job. They showed up on time and quickly within calling them. Tim was extremely efficient and informative, explaining our issues to us and recommendations. Would definitely recommend.

Ben, an AC technician from Air West AC, Inc. performed a service check at our condo this morning. I am writing this review because Ben was exceptional relative to communicating everything in an extremely clear manner and his thoroughness was second to none! I have worked with many service technicians in the past and Ben was by far the very best of the bunch. Ben's outstanding communication skills were very helpful to us and his knowledge of our heating and air conditioning system exceeded our expectations.

Dave and his all-star team expertly installed a new Rheem AC unit and Air Handler and I could not be more impressed with the installation. Their work was fast, efficient, and attention was paid down to the smallest detail. Living in Pinellas County, we all need a solid AC service provider. Do yourself a favor, and call Air West.

Air West just completed a new AC unit install for our office and we were delighted with the entire experience. They did everything they said they would do from start to finish and completed the job ahead of schedule. The install quote was fair and included everything. I can't be more grateful for what Air West AC & Heating did for my home. They were so responsive, efficient and neat. My home was built in 1976 and it's never been as good as it is now with this new system and ductwork, even after having had a new one from another AC installer back in 2008. One of my bedrooms, basically used as a storage room basically had always been a "hotter" room, now is equally cool along with the rest of my place. Finally I can use this room year round, and I need to at this point of my life! Another AC person had told me years ago that maybe I'll just always have a "warm" room because of its position away from the air handler, but Air West took care of it and now it's perfect for the first time in all the years I've been here! I had a bit of a musty smell in my place (gunk in the ducts) and now it's perfect, there's no humidity and the compressor is quieter compared to my previous one which makes being on the porch much nicer. I'm thrilled with the company and the professionalism and extraordinary timely help from Dave when I called. It's so nice to know there are still companies out there who really take care of you. I'm recommending them to everyone I know.

AIR WEST responded very quickly to my call about a broken A/C unit. As he tested and replaced a broken part, Technician Kris clearly explained how it affects the machine's other parts, and how to improve operating the unit. He thoroughly maintained the system. AIR WEST has generous coupons on its website for all of us who need to economize. Thank You AIR WEST!

We had an unusual, not the garden-variety, problem with our AC system. Air West stayed on top of it, ordered a special part via airfreight and got us back and running as quickly as possible. Great folks to work with and fair pricing. The periodic checkups are also a bargain for the work that gets done.

Air West is the best local AC company in Pinellas County.. Charged me nearly half The money another AC company quoted to repair my unit. When my unit needs replacing in a year or so Air west is who I will certainly call. Great AC company. They are fast affordable but most importantly honest.

Awoke in the night with no a/c and called two local companies advertising 24/7 services. No response. Called Air West and they sent Chris out, who had a service call ahead of me. My system was up and running beautifully before lunchtime and at a very reasonable price. Very Happy Customer Here. Thank you Air West and Chris!

Air was not blowing cold. Called Air West at 7:30 am, Juan was out by 10am and we were up and running within an hour. Juan provided Excellent service and very quick response. Great company, do not hesitate to give them a call for all your A/C needs. You’ll be happy you did

I was very satisfied with your serviceman Luis. He was very professional, wore a mask and shoe covers.
He impressed me with his knowledge. He was very thorough and made sure all parts were working properly before he left .
I need to have Luis come back and check my compressor for a possible leak when weather permits

Air West completed a yearly service for the A/C in our home and did a fantastic job. When we began having issues some time after, they quickly took care of the problem. The workers were prompt, courteous and thorough. They were honest about what the current problem was and other steps we could take to solve larger issues. When we explained our budget, they fixed the immediate problem and did not pressure us for more. We are very happy customers and will continue to use this company and recommend them to others!

Our company used air West for a fire job. They removed all of the duct work, and ac unit. They installed all new duct work, made sure that everything was to code and they were very professional, on time and great to work with! We will use them again!!!
