Our company has been using FCS/Baker for 10+ years now. The staff is excellent and goes above an beyond to get you what is needed in a pinch. CJ, Donna, Tammy, and Jon the manager are all excellent to work with. If they didn't have something in stock. They track it down fast and get it quickly so I can get my customer up and going. Great experiences!

employees are very rude bad customer service

piut me on hold...11 minutes...I'm calling back, putting me on hold again without a "hello" this time...calling again, they hang up on me. POOR SERVICE...

Way overpriced items, if you do a simple price check online, easily see majority of items are almost double priced.

Operators do not receive orders from this site. Taking jobs through it results in wasted time and fuel. I recommend avoiding it.

Tells me day after day when parts are gonna arrive only for me relay the info to the customer to find out every day is a different excuse
