Our technician, John was excellent . He arrived on time and was very professional and well mannered. He checked our system and explained in detail what he was doing and the results.

Graham's technician, Krystian, was on time and presentable for the multi-point inspection of the Trane residential split HVAC system. He was uncommonly intelligent, patient, and a good communicator. He completed a thorough inspection and, in the body of the invoice, provided an excellent narrative describing his findings. he exceeded my expectations in every respect of the assigned work effort. I am able to strongly recommend Krystian for this kind of work.

Joel was very nice. He stayed and throughly checked my unit. Thank you for taking the time to make sure my unit would get fixed properly.

Quentin is a great friendly technician and was very thorough. Cleaned all parts. Checked pressures and cleaned the drain. II decided to add a surge protector to my AC and he did that job well and explained how it works. Satisfied with the work done today

Our thermostat stopped working and our AC went out -right when we had a plane to catch in 2 hours. Graham had a tech out within an hour who replaced the thermostat and got our AC back up and running. Phew!

I have to give 5 stars because thats all this system alows you to give. It'd be 10 stars if I had my way. Everything about my experience with Graham has been above stellar. From the office staff working around my ever changing schedule to the very knowledgeable and professional technicians that were also friendly. I would highly recommend them to anybody and everybody that needs good air conditioning or HVAC services.

Your technician was very professional and answered questions for me. I'm not thrilled about having to replace the uv box on the unit. But, that's all part of owning a house. There's always something that has to be repaired..

During a routine visit they found my coils were frozen.Since the AC unit was 15 years old I decided to replace it. Graham gave me a good deal. The technicians came the next day as promised. They were very knowledgeable and polite. It was a pleasure to work with Graham Heating and Air.

Trevor was a friendly gentleman will to share info. He was great to have come to service our ac. We will ask for him next time for service.

Cory was well informed and willing to share the information. We were more than pleased with the customer service he gave us.

Then we had to have George to fix the leak. He was patient with explaining everything.
The issue was fixed and we are grateful.

Max was excellent when I called him in a panic last night and he talked to me about the AC symptoms and then reassured me someone would be there in early am and they were. Trevor was so professional and explained and showed me pictures of the diagnosis. Discussed options

We arevery pleased with our service from Graham. Trevor was a great service rep. when he came to do a check up on our system today. We are having a new system installed today. Thank you Graham.

They took my call at 8pm on a Friday, showed up early on Saturday and promise to have my new A/C unit installed by Monday afternoon. I’m pleased.

Joel took my call on a holiday and was able to book a repair the next day. He explained everything and let me know what options I had. He is always respectful of property and is nice to work with.

George was awesome and thorough we really already feel a difference in our air from the duct cleaning.

Trevor came out to service our aging unit. He was very honest and not pushing, but let us know we need a new unit. We talked through options and will be making a decision shortly. Very knowledgeable and easy to understand.
