National Heating and Air installed the new AC system at my house and they have been great to deal with, and were very thorough in following up on the final details with the County. They did a fine job and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Professional & likable A/C & Heating specialist. Thoroughly apprised the duct damage from roof rats entering attic, estimate & coordinate 2 person schedule for repairs. No nonsense company & employees. Much appreciated.

When Jake ran late at his stop before me, he called to advise what time he would be at my residence. When he arrived, he apologized for the delay. As he was cleaning my A/C he clearly explained what he was going to do, when he finished he explained the issues that he found and solutions for them. There was no pressure to deal with the issues immediately or at all, I was free to resolve as much or as little of the concerns as I wanted and on my time line. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Rick was very knowledgeable and tried to explaining everything that needed to be done to me, but it was a little over my head. I have had questions about my new air conditioner ever since it was installed. Rick said that it may not have been charged correctly and we will watch to be sure there are no leaks in the tubes. He fixed the second unit outside that was not working properly. Rick was very professional and patient with me.

Technician Devon arrived to service my A/C, Very professional & efficient. Very knowledgeable on products and services. Highly recommend and will be using them for my future issues.

This is by far the best AC company I have ever encountered! Jake was the nicest, most knowledgeable, well spoken, and best HVAC person I have ever met. He walked me through step by step what I needed, how it needed to be addressed and provided answers to every question I had. Thank you Jake for your help!

Highly recommend these guys. They came out at the time promised and found out quickly what was wrong with my A/C. The first guy didn’t have the parts on his truck to fix the issue so he had to call another guy to come out. He came out about an hour later and had it fixed in no time. Both guys were super friendly and knowledgeable. I’m so happy I found this company. I will definitely be using them for all of my future A/C issues.

Jacob was very prompt and cordial. He explained a couple minor problems with my units and offered solutions for the future. I felt no pressure and for sure will call your company when I am ready to remove my 24 year old Goodman unit and expand the split unit within mu main house. My wonderful tech Chris came out for my inspection. He was efficient and courteous. He let me know what issues I had and what to plan ahead for. He was even available to fix the same day.

Devon was very professional & friendly. He did an excellent job making sure our heating & air conditioning unit was in great shape. We were so impressed by Devon we purchased a two year maintenance plan.

Jacob was awesome. Very professional and personable. Explained everything he was doing expertly and in easy to understand language. Showed up at the appropriate time. System is now cleaned up. More than happy to sign up for a preventative service contract. Prices extremely reasonable.

This family-owned business cares! I bought a new unit from them. They explained everything and when they did the 6 mo. check up, when they found animals had clawed their way through my ducts during the storms, they scheduled a quick duct replacement so that my machine doesn't get damaged. They replaced the ducts today and the machine runs so much better! I'm very happy with their services. So glad I found them!

I made some not so nice remarks a few weeks ago. I would now like to finish the story. (And it has a happy ending) After feeling totally screwed by Michael, I wrote a review which was actually answered by the owner of the company Bryan. He talked to me for a while and explained Michael no longer worked there and he wanted to make things right. Well he had a new cooling system put in I'm pretty sure that I would never have been able to afford something like that and never have I ever received something so gracious. Got a call last week from a number listed as potential spam and decided to take it, but I’m glad I did. National Heating and AC Inc. advertises with free AC inspections, which is, in my opinion, a great business model. They came out to my house and everything checked out. No gimmicks or surprises. They do offer annual maintenance agreements at a very affordable cost, which ensures 2 yearly maintenance checks and waives emergency fees on same day calls. Definitely recommend these guys to any FL homeowner who wants to be prepared going into the summer!
