This has been a great experience. We have used RDK in the past and they never disappoint! They are always there to respond in a timely manner. Techs are great and everyone is sooo nice! I highly recommend!!!!

RDK Air Conditioning service tech Xin did a great job . He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful for all of my air conditioner needs.

Air Specialist Ayman E. was also very helpful and was extremely knowledgeable about the different replacement units that I could purchase. He explained all of the parts of the air conditioner system and was able to help me choose the best product for my condo.

Excellent company. They are my only call when I need ac work done. Even they tell me they cant make it out same day I'll wait till next day because I don't want anyone else working on my units. Very reliable with affordable prices. My last service they told me they would be able to come out next day but 1 hour later I received a call from the owner Ron he said he would personally come fix the AC. Words can't describe proffesionalism he takes on every job with. You have to give them a call for your next AC repair needs!

Mark and Joe did excellent work for us. Also, Nada and her crew on the phones were very professional and communicative. 100% recommended RDK and their staff to assist your AC needs!

This is the most professional company I’ve ever dealt with , I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new AC or just service !
After I chose to go with them they couldn’t get to me for a week so they came out on their own and got my AC that had broken up and running until my new one came in, Ken was amazing and so determined to get my old one working.
Everyone that has come out from the owner, to the service manager, to the installation crew have been so dedicated to take care of our AC needs !
I also have to mention Diana in the office for all of her help too !

I made the decision to call RDK based on the positive reviews and nearly 5-star ratings on Google and boy did I make the right decision in using this business. I called on a Monday morning after experiencing some issues with my unit over the weekend, the receptionist was very polite and professional in assisting me with placing a service request. She was able to get a tech, Joe, out same day! Joe was schedule to come out between 3P-4P and ended up knocking on my door an hour early! Joe was very professional and did not try to upsell me, plus added bonus, he was in and out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this business for your heating and cooling needs!

My ac died yesterday, I called a company I had used previously but upselling seemed to be what they most wanted to do. My x13 evaporator motor had died, and they recommended a new ac system. My system is just 7 years old. I decided on 2nd opinion, based on recommendation from previous neighbor (now retired electrician) I called after 9pm, they were right on time at 8am this morning. Their pricing was great, and it was installed an hour ago, very happy with Corey (thank you) and RDK for resolving my issue in a professional and timely manner! Highly recommend**********

Great install but a month or two before they will come back to fix an installation problem. This happened to me twice so its not a fluke. Very poor follow-up for installation problems. VERY unhappy with this company's response. for repairs.

RDK was able to resolve my problem.
I understand from the technician this was a follow-up that got lost due to an office move. I have adjusted my ratings to reflect that. I am very happy with the my AC Unit installation, I appreciated the extra mile this company went to get me the grill on the first ticket. I would not hesitate to call on them in the future The company's installation is excellent no question there.

RDK recently replaced the entire HVAC system at First Presbyterian Church of Safety Harbor. They were very thorough in their assessment, providing photos to illustrate the problems. They promptly provided a competitive estimate, and the work was completed quickly, efficiently, and with no additional costs. At the end of each work day, they left the area neat and tidy. They were also very considerate of those occupying the space while they were working. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

This company is top notch- super customer service and quick response time. My air-conditioning system broke on the weekend. With a five year old son, I could not afford to wait for a technician until Monday (as it was uncomfortably hot in the house). I contacted several different companies before RDK, and no one would respond after hours on the weekend.
I am so thankful that RDK responded quickly and sent a technician out within a couple hours. The office staff were also already working on giving me a quick quote and ordering parts. Everyone was very kind and saved the day! I will also be signing up for their platinum maintenance program, and look forward to continue working with them.

RDK Air Condition and heating took care of my air condition issue today. Brian the technician was extremely professional, polite and kept everything clean. He explained the issue and took care of it. I will always be a customer and ask for Brian now. I will always refer RDK to friends and family. Thank you RDK and Brian for making my hot day be cool!!

RDK Air Conditioning just performed our first complimentary service since we had a new condenser and and air handler installed in June. The servicing technician, Scott, thoroughly checked & serviced our system.

I have used 3 different AC companies in the last month for different properties. RDK was the most responsive, polite, accommodating, informative company out of the three. I will definitely use them in the future for service and repair. I will also have them on my short list for quotes for my next purchase of a new system. Marco was my technician and he was superb. He was cordial, yet not over bearing. Great guy!

Scott did a great service job and not his first at our home. Perhaps second or third time. We'll spoken,knowledgeable, and informative.

We noticed our A/C wasn’t cooling correctly later in the evening. Most places were closed or didn’t offer after hours service, but we found RDK, and I’m SO glad we called them. We called around 8:10pm and got the answering machine that said to leave a message and that they’d call back within 15 min. They called back in 4 minutes!! And they sent a tech out within an hour! I was amazed. Corey was our technician, and he was awesome. He identified the problem, fixed it for the night, and came back the next day with a new part and installed it beautifully. He was very polite, kind, and did a perfect job. My fiancé and I were very impressed by Corey. We will never call any other A/C company again, and we will be signing up for their routine maintenance. Thank you, RDK, Nada, and Corey!!

I would highly recommend RDK to all my family and friends. They were professional, organized and always communicative. We replaced all of our ductwork throughout our entire home. We took our time and shopped around. RDK was patient and answered all of our questions. We can 100% feel the difference of our air quality and air flow. Our home feels brand new. Very pleased with our complete HVAC remodel from RDK AC. We had our entire ductwork, air handler, and heat pump replaced with the addition of fresh air ventilation, added returns, and new bathroom fans. Carlos and Bryan worked very hard and took care of our house as if it was their own and we greatly appreciate that. They followed the manual D I had for my house after Ranko and I walked through the house room by room to discuss install. The visual quality of install shows professionalism. Great company who should earn your business as I’m glad they’ve earned mine.
