Wow!!! What an HONEST man Todd is!

Our ac went out last night and a tech from a different company came out today and told us that our compressor is shot and since our ac system is 19 years old, we should replace our entire system @ $6270.

I requested that Todd come out for a 2nd opinion. The 1st thing he did was swap out a $40 condensor that a lizard had fried. $40 vs $6270..... Todd will have my business for as long as he's in business.

A+++ These Guys are exceptional. When my air conditioner went out last week they were there in a very short time to fix it. My Father's air went out last year and they were there right away also. They are honest and reliable. If you need repair or a new system their prices are very reasonable.

I own a local Largo business called Dharma Hookah & Kava Lounge. My walk-in refrigerator started to warm this afternoon and I have over $2000 in brewed tea assets in there that can be spoiled when left warm for too long. I called, the receptionist was personable, understood my concern, and told me somebody would be out in less than an hour. Sure enough, Bill arrived in about half an hour. He was very professional, conversational, and answered all my questions--even an unrelated one. He was quick, thorough, and explained the problem fully. He fixed it and now i can say my walk-in in working perfectly again!

When I got the bill i was thrilled! The price to service my equipment and fill my gas was extremely competitive! I know who I'll be calling with my AC/refrigeration problem from now! Would definitely suggest giving them again!

Ken did a great job having to crawl under the crawlspace of 100 year old home to remove abandoned metal returns and close up the remaining holes. Appreciate him and Todds AC!

AC went out on Sunday night. Todd himself came out in the morning and got his guys here within a couple of hours to do removal of old system and install replacement system. Techs were professional and got it done in a few hours. Very happy and would recommend them. Will use them again.

I had todd's replace my entire system - condenser - airhandler - ducts - registers - upgraded wifi thermostat. I had multiple estimates, out of 4 all locally owned requested quotes - 1 came out and just never came back even after repeated calls, 2 gave quotes that were beyond laughable. Todd's came out and was honest, told me things I already knew covered all bases then gave me a price that was way better than anything anyone else had provided. and the handled my request for the updated thermostat without missing a beat. my electrical bill dropped almost 40%-50% during summer. and the comfort is insane.. but not only did they tell me what I needed they also asked how i like to run the AC - I run it way colder than most people would and they took that into consideration with a 1/2 ton bump. I've had my new units exactly 1 year and I run it at 70 degrees during the summer every night. and it runs without fail - the upgraded thermostat supports geofencing so when you are 3 miles away, it shifts into home temp, from away.. 100% have recommended them and atleast 2 other people have had work done based on that recommendation.

08/25/2023 - Update
after 3 years of flawless operation and no issues, my lawn service accidently cut the copper coolant line for my AC and I reached out to Todd's for service. They had a tech out the next morning had the system back up and running, I didn't feel it was cooling as it was previously and without hesitation they came back out the next day listened to what I was saying and adjusted the system for me and it is back to brrrrrrrfection... excellent job again - Todd's is the only HVAC company I feel safe recommending to people.

I would highly recommend Todd's Air Conditioning. Our duct work was a nightmare that resembled an Octopus more than an HVAC system. We were spending $500 a month in electricity during the summer in a 2500 sq ft house. Todd's team came in an did an amazing job, replacing all duct work plus gave us new vents and moved our returns to the proper location on the wall to give us maximum efficiency. In addition, he recognized a flaw in our HVAC main output line which was reducing CFM's by as much as 50%. They replace that main line and now we have great airflow throughout the house. I can't wait to see our next electric bill!! Todd is experienced and his team lead Randal, was professional and friendly and above all, knew his stuff. His oversight insured the work was done properly and was complete. Randal communicated any issues he encountered and was able to explain his solution to resolve it. His team was great as well. They were polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. Todd's pricing was competitive as well. I wouldn't use anyone else!!

I can’t say enough about Todds Ac, and especially Randall who works for them. He came out and diagnosed why our system wasn’t working and got it back up and running in no time. I can’t suggest or recommend Todd‘s AC enough. Truly professionals.

My AC was not working and I was in a bad way, but Todd's came through and I am so grateful. They were able to come over right away and took good care of me. Everyone I dealt with was great, from the office to Keith, who quickly identified the problem and fixed it immediately.

Thank you so much for getting my air back up and running. Sylvester was very nice and very competent. I had never used your company before and even though this is your extreme busy season he came out and got me cooled off within a couple of hours after i called. And the good news is he fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't try to upsell me anything. I will be recommending your company to anyone that needs a good a/c company.

I found Todd through my rental property management company 4 years ago or so. And I use him for my business and home.He could have sold me a new ac unit at home when I thought mine was done but flipped a reset button we didn't know about. And that was 3 yrs ago!So I trust this guy immensely!When you call he's so good about getting you taken care of Also.And everyone I have recommended to him has thanked me at my Salon!

WOW - If we could give 7 stars we would. I can't recommend Todd's AC enough!

We have now been using Todd's for repair and maintenance for 4 years and have referred them to several family members all with incredible results.

2 main examples of the 7 stars are:
Example 1:
- we were told (by Total Air and others) that our upstairs unit needed all parts labor costs were $1,800
- Todd's came in and explained to me that it was under warranty and was covered at just labor costs which he charged $300.
- when I questioned Total Air and others they back stepped and said "oh yeah, we were mistaken". but never would have said anything unless I questioned it...

Example 2:
We just had our main downstairs unit go out and were again told that we would need to replace the unit for $12K - Todd's came by and fixed it same day for $98.00. THAT is a big difference.

I can't say enough good things about Todd's AC and the techs - In my opinion it is the best run AC company in the Tampa Bay area!

We were in need of a brand new Air Conditioner, we made several calls and had several company's come out to give estimates. There was one that stood out and that was Todd's Air Conditioning. He was prompt and very thorough when giving the estimate. Todd's estimate was a good price and we liked him right away, so we chose him to replaced our Air. We were extremely satisfied, Todd and his team put the new system in so fast and efficient. We even had a special ask to have the unit moved form one side of the house to the other and he accommodated our request. So glad we found Todd's Air Conditioning we will be spreading the word. :)

Keith was my service technician and he was awesome! A true professional. Was on time and courteous. After explaining what was going on, he knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. I couldn't be happier with their service and, for the record, they really do have the best prices in town :)

My AC stopped working on a Friday night. I called my usual company, but because of them being short staffed, he recommended Todd's. I immediately called them first thing on a Saturday morning and KJ was here an hour and a half later. KJ was nothing short of amazing, and he took his time finding the problem, fixing it and going above and beyond to make sure that my AC was running properly. I was so impressed by KJ, I told him that Todd's will now be my go to for my AC, and that he will be recommended by name.

During an inspection of our condo in anticipation of a sale, we discovered a very minor issue needed to be addressed with a part of a new system that Todd's had installed approximately a year ago. We called Todd's, they went out to the property immediately and did what was needed at no charge. This was all handled remotely since our permanent home is in another state. We also requested they perform routine maintenance, which they did, and then billed us electronically. We are very pleased with Todd's A/C. They were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend this company.

Great job, great crew(s). Great cleanup. Small issue with permit, but resolved. Overall, outstanding work, polite, knowledgeable, and professional installers. Would definitely recommend Todd's to anyone for their AC needs. Actually, I already have. Good job guys.

We came down to stay in my sister in laws condo for a couple months. When we arrived, the AC was not working. We called Todd’s AC and got a tech out the next morning. Turns out, a new unit inside nd rooftop was needed. The tech called and talked to Todd to get a quote. The tech told us before hand that the $300 crane rental would be included in the quote. We got the quote over the phone and decided to move forward with the replacement. Later that day we received the written quote, and it was the quoted price, but had the separate add on for the $300 crane rental.
I am not saying this is wrong, but we were misled from the tech and a bit surprised by this as we were expecting the initial quote to have included the crane rental.
I would just like Todd to talk to the tech to make sure when a verbal quote is given, the mention the $300 or just quote it with this included.
All in all, the service was excellent…..the installation crew professional and was completed in a timely manner.

Todd came out on a Sunday and gave me the news, our AC unit finally saw its last day after 20 years. Luckily we knew it was coming and we already knew we could trust and confide in Todd to decide on a new unit for us. He even had workers available to install the new unit on Memorial Day. They were super nice, professional, and fast. They showed up first thing in the morning and were done within 4 hours. He chose for us a comfortmaker brand and so far it is doing exactly that! Thank u Todd for once again saving the day and making this process so incredibly easy for us!!!
