Hit a wire in my wall with a screw and needed that section replaced. Jose came to my house on time with a good attitude and fixed the issue while also helping to make the wiring situation better for future use. I sat in the whole time out of curiosity and he explained everything he was doing with no problem and was friendly. The repair was costly, but not unexpected considering the services provided. Will call again the in the future should I need another repair.

They charge $250.00 to simply come out and issue a quote that is then applied to the work performed if you choose to move forward with them. I’d understand this arrangement if this were an emergency electrical job or for appliance repairs, but we were calling for aesthetics/landscaping and to add electrical sockets. Pretty standard stuff. We’ve worked with a plethora of electricians while remodeling our old home, and this is the first time I’ve been asked to pay upfront for an estimate... absolutely absurd when you’re shopping around for comparisons.

Scheduled multiple appointments. Sometimes technician comes, sometimes he doesn't. In case when tech can't come, there is no communication sent out.

Warning: This is an offshore company that tries to link you to local electricians for a fee. I prepaid about two hundred dollars for service, the technician was a no show for two days straight. I tried to call several times and was unable to speak with an actual technician. I never received service.

Save yourself time and money and just find a local electrician and contact them directly, there are plenty of great ones around the neighborhood.

I essentially just paid $300 for someone to come to my house and flip a fuse. Story: an outlet went out in my home, I called a couple companies to compare prices. Duncan and Solomon were 2 of such companies. They are the same company and failed to mention that. Anyway they charged me 300 for them to come to my house. On the phone one company said $99, and on the other they said $180 for a diagnostic fee. Little did I know these would be paid together for the guys to come in, look at the problem and flip a switch. The owner even called me and refused to lower it.
