All reviews for Two Maids

This review is long overdue. Michael, Nicole, and 2 team members, did a fantastic job for me last November. It was a request for a pre-sale cleaning of a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3300 square foot home, that had not been deep cleaned in a while. Besides being pleasant to work with, Michael, Nicole and the 2 team members, worked wonders on this job, and I could not have been more pleased with their results. I would definitely recommend Two Maids Coral Springs. I intend to re-hire them in the future.

Very professional and thorough job!

I was so amazed on what a wonderful cleaning job they did on my townhouse. Things that no other cleaning company in the area , "which I won't mention by name" has never done and they really leave your house spotless and our very nice cleaning Ladies. I highly recommend you call them and stop using which ever cleaning company your using !! Ive been through so many terrible cleaning services that I was so pleased and happy I dont have to worry anymore ...

Money well spent!

I rarely leave reviews and never thought I’d write a negative one about this company, but after repeated issues and the last experience, I feel it’s important to share.

Until recently, the cleaning staff were generally friendly, but the quality of work was inconsistent. Floors were often poorly washed, dishes were sometimes poorly washed, and trash bins were occasionally left full. I always provided feedback internally, and managers usually tried to address the problems. I was patient and understanding for a long time.

However, during the last visit, things escalated. The manager and one cleaner arrived, but the second cleaner from the previous visit didn’t. After about three hours, they seemed to be wrapping up, but when we checked the house, we discovered an entire bedroom had been missed. We asked them to clean it, and when I later checked, the trash can was still full, and the bed was not made. When I mentioned the trash can, the cleaner responded with irritation and attitude, saying, “I’m the only one cleaning here,” instead of simply clarifying if she wasn’t finished yet.

What followed was shocking: she became visibly upset, talked to herself loudly, and then started arguing with my husband outside. When I approached, she turned on me, raising her voice and acting aggressively. I asked her to leave because her behavior crossed every line. As she left, she told us, “We’re never coming back,” speaking as if on behalf of the business.

I called the manager afterward to explain what happened and asked that this cleaner never be sent to my home again. I understand people can be stressed, but the hostility was unacceptable.
