The technicians, Berris Powell and Stephan Uter, were absolutely outstanding. They were polite, respectful, and worked with great care and precision. Everything was done cleanly, neatly, and very professionally.

Not only did they remove the system efficiently, but they also went above and beyond to help resolve another issue in my home, which made a huge difference for me.

I purchased a new unit due to continued failures of my last one. My technicians, Stephan and Berris were amazing. They arrived early, were extremely professional and courteous. I can’t say enough good things about this company. My AC went out late at night and early the next morning, they were already at my door. Super fast response time and the price was very reasonable- didn’t have crazy up-charge for the emergency call. The technician was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Nick came by on a Sunday morning after I called on Saturday. My A/C wasn’t cooling and he came by and fixed it quick. Great service and highly recommended

Nick came to my home to analyze a problem I was having of very little air coming to my son’s room in the back of the house. Within 30 minutes he found, explained and provided a solution for the problem. Then 2 days later resolved the problem. Could not be happier with the way he educated me on the situation and provided a quick and easy and affordable solution. Also going to save me on my electric bill because we had to keep the ac so low to compensate for that room. Be Cool is not just the name of the company it’s what my son is now after what they did.
