Well where do I start. AC went out of service as expected on a hot 90+ degree Saturday mid afternoon. I’ve been through a few AC companies who I would never call again. I took a chance and called up Reliable AC Services. Steven the owner answered the phone and immediately tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone . When the problem was not an easy fix he himself responded in an hour. Did I mention this was a Saturday afternoon! Within a few minutes he had the problem diagnosed and more importantly had the replacement part on hand in his service truck. Needless to say the repair was made in a timely manner and for a fair price. This is one company I’m happy to recommend to others. My experience was excellent and Steve was as professional as could be. Steven is a local guy with a great local business and who takes pride in doing excellent work for what’s needed without the need to inflate the bill for what’s not. I will definitely keep Reliable AC services as my go to AC company.

Their name says it all. This company is truly RELIABLE. When I call for service they always respond quickly. Service is over top notch. The technician was very courteous and explained everything to me so that I could understand what he was talking about. I highly recommend them.

Connor showed up ready to go, and it was like watching Sherlock Holmes in action. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained things clearly without any condescension, and worked with a level of focus and determination that you don’t see every day. Despite my lack of technical knowledge, I never once felt talked down to or taken advantage of—which, let’s face it, is rare when it comes to home repairs.

On top of that, Connor was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. We even had some good laughs while dealing with a tricky repair situation where I had to lend a hand after a piece fell—he handled it all with professionalism and a great attitude.

Every time I work with Reliable AC, I feel like I’m being treated like family, and this visit was no different. Steve has clearly built a company based on integrity and high standards—and people like Connor prove that every single time. Five stars all the way!

Based on the reviews we read, we decided to contact this company when our AC was not cooling. Dave and Steve came out right away, after hours. They believed that we had a leak, however our unit was frozen. They told us to shut it down and they would be back at 7:30 the next morning and they actually showed up early! Long story short, our 13 year old unit could not be saved! Shocking! LOL! They quoted us a fair price on a new unit and came back on Saturday to install. Again, they showed up early. Their installation and clean up of the old area goes above and beyond! We give them two thumbs up! Highly recommend!

We had another issues with our attic units overnight with water suddenly leaking through the ceiling. Reliable AC came out to resolve the issue within 12 hours. David came out to check the issue and I could not have asked for a better technician. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, walking me through the issues, offering both immediate resolution as well as reasonable long term adjustments to prevent future problems, he was also extremely personable, down to earth, and felt safe and trustworthy to have in our home. I am very thankful to have found a company that is upfront and genuinely seems honest about their work. I can’t recommend their team enough. Thank you!

We are so appreciative of the excellent service we received today - our AC went out on a 97 degree day with a new born baby and two other kids at home and Reliable AC was at our home to resolve the issue within a few hours. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and provided a resolution immediately. We will continue to use their services moving forward.
