Best prices and service I’ve experienced. Just a tidbit of advice If you’re getting a new AC unit though, make sure you ask them to check for packaging styrofoam after installation. Other than that, these guys were awesome and my unit is running great and my energy bill is already down.

Evan and team worked tirelessly on my 12 year old unit, cleaned the coils, getting rid of the dust and mold, gave me great advice on filters and usage, while preparing and coating the ducts and vents. The result is a much quieter, cleaner system, with ducts that can be cleaned in the future without fear of fiberglass exposure. They were courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

I've known Thomas and his team for a few years now and I've never gotten around leaving him a much deserved review. He has done much work for me over the years.

2. Installed 2 A/C units in my home. No issues.
3. Added an additional vent in one of my rooms. Perfect work.
4. Added U/V light inside the unit at my office. Works fine to this day.

Air vent cleaning did not resolve our air flow issue with our dryer.

They are a small local company that always offered good service (mostly next day). I’ve been using them for 3 plus years and I have new AC units that came with my newly built home. They claim that all of the problems I had with the 3 Goodman AC units were really due to the units being lemons. I tried to contact Goodman but it’s basically impossible to reach them. I continued to have SunState service and fix the units as they treated me well and were reasonably priced for their labor as the parts were under Warrenty. It seemed that my issues became more frequent and SunState continued to raise their prices but their quality of work became subpar. I spent thousands of dollars and I mean thousands with them on repairs and the last incident was the straw that broke the camels back so I had no choice to sever my relationship with them. It’s really to bad as I had a nice relationship with the owner but it seems like he became greedy and continued to keep on raising prices and never stood behind his work which I now see was subpar. I’ve always been one to support small businesses but this became an on going issue and instead of continuing to pay so much for labor repairs, they should have suggested I replace the unit.The final issue that ended my use of this company was 2 fold. They came to acid wash my blower motors and when they rinsed off the chemical Thom the stone it was too much and started a trail on my newly planted high end grass and killed it. I like a gentleman didn’t say anything but took pictures. Two weeks later one of my AC units was blowing warm air. They came the next day and installed a new capacitor (a15.00 part) which took them no longer then 15 minutes and sent me a bill for 350.00. It lasted 1 week and the unit quit working and blew a fuse as the compressor was shot. I still have 6 years left on the Warrenty but unfortunately it doesn’t cover labor and Freon which is very expensive. Once these service companies know your address their prices can double as they see you live in a high end community. I was extremely disappointed as they were taken advantage of me and told me to forget the bill and let’s just cut our ties and move on. This to me is a complete admission of guilt. Well BY..Bye SunState AC as I suffered for 4 days due to the weekend with one unit down but thankfully I have 2 other zoned units that kept the majority of the main living areas cool. It only really effected my master bedroom and office that were 82 plus degrees. I found a new company the same day of the incident and they came and replaced the unit at a very fair price. They were neat, efficient and knew exactly what to do to make the correction.
