Joe installed my air conditioner
He did a great job. I would. Recommend him.

Upon my housesitters recommendation I have used Joe, from Total Comfort, for many years. I always assumed that his work was up to par until I called another company that had to replace the coil in the unit. There was a leak which rusted the part. Although it was under warranty, the labor was not. The new company took pictures of the shoddy work that I was left with. When reaching out to Joe to show him, he said that the workers that did the work were fired. As it was a couple of years ago, he would not take any responsibility for the unacceptable work. Good businessmen take pride in their work and stand behind their work. I guess this was not the case with Joe. I would never recommend him or his company.
