I sit on the board of Williamsburg Condos in Fort Lauderdale. I've owned a unit for 9 years. The first 4 years we had mixed results with our building cleaners. In 2012 I researched 4 companies to change our weekly cleaners. Ace Cleaning System won the bid. The weekly cleaning has been spectacular. Our common areas, laundry room and walkways stay very clean. Their dependability lead me to expand to using their company for power washing of exterior of building and tile resurfacing. Likewise, Zach's contacts have helped us with painting projects and a garbage enclosure repair. Ace Cleaning makes my volunteer work on our board much easier. After using several cleaning companies over the years with disappointing results, we came across ACE Cleaning. We have been using them for about 5 years now and don't even think about changing services. They are very professional and are easy to get a hold of to address our special needs. We were extremely satisfied with the work provided by Ace Cleaning. After purchasing our first home, upon closing, we realized that the home was dirtier than we were able to clean on our own. We called Zach over at Ace Cleaning and he rushed his best team of cleaners over ASAP. The house went from a construction zone full of dirt, dust, and debris, to sparkling floors, counters, with every window, corner, and crevice being thoroughly clean. Although, I did not try, the floors were clean enough to eat off of them :)
