I had two buried downspouts that had no apparent spill out boxes. Zoom Drain was very professional on the phone making an appointment the same day. Mariano and his team came out and jet washed both buried corrugated pipes. Through this process they found to pop-up spill out boxes that were hidden by dirt and grass that had overgrown the boxes through the years. The process and results were great. Highly recommend.

Two guys showed up.
Covered their boots with protection before the entered my home.
They listened intently to my concerns.
They explained mostly everything in advance.
I asked additional questions and they answered them.
They put down protective mats before starting.
They removed the toilet, put the zoom camera down the drain and replaced the toilet after the 100 foot inspection.
They cleanup everything when they finished the job.

He was timely and worked relentlessly to fix the problem. Excellent attitude and knowledgeable hard worker.

Zoom Drain Broward recently replaced my old 50-year-old cast iron pipes, and they did a great job. The technician explained everything clearly and gave a fair estimate. The team was punctual, worked quickly, and kept my home clean. The new pipes are strong, and my water flow is much better now. They kept me informed and made sure I was satisfied.

They did an outstanding job on a very difficult problem. They come with a fully equipped, spotless truck. They have the latest equiptment on the truck. They located the problem and went right to work. The crew was excellent and when done left area spotless.

Once again, they came to rescue for me last weekend! Why do I keep using them? They are honest as the day is long. They don’t try to make up reasons to jack up the bill. They fix what needs to be fixed and don’t push other repairs unless they are needed. Their customer service is great & they are very responsive. All of their service personnel are experienced & professional. Their prices are very fair. I live in the area and they never hesitate to fight traffic to/from to service my needs. I know it’s a tough drive and appreciate them continuing to take care of me despite the drive. Bottom line, I keep coming back to them because they are honest, good and priced fairly! This is the second time I’ve engaged this firm. They are prompt, responsive, & professional. I had a small backup in my shower. I thought that they would open the clean out and snake the line. However Ryan, the mechanic that they sent to my house suggested that he put a camera in the line first as it might not have to be snaked. He found no obstructions, and suggested that perhaps the city had been doing some work down the line that might have caused the backup. I was happy to pay for the camera inspection which is less cos then cleaning the drain. This is my second positive experience with Zoom Drain, and I highly recommend them.

Adam did a great job working on the drain line for my A/C system. He did a job initially and said if there were any issues he would come back and make sure sure to make it right, which he did. They also repaired a water line for me before and did a great job that time
