I’d highly recommend the Chase Tree Removal Service for any home or business owner out there. He gave me the most reasonable quote for services by far and was extremely professional. I also liked that he sent me pictures of the work being done and kept me up to date as to how the job was progressing.

The tree-trimming crew arrived earlier than scheduled, which was awesome! The crew leaders were polite and professional, and they confirmed with me before starting the job exactly what needed to be done and what their plans were for doing it. Great communication, and the entire crew worked together with energy and efficiency. I would definitely recommend Chase Tree Removal Service to anyone looking for quality tree service at a very competitive price!

Awful customer service, set appointment days in advance for a simple tree removal. On the day of the scheduled appointment after 3 calls (and several hours of waiting) to confirm the arrival time I finally get a call from a technician telling me they would have to reschedule for the next day. Against my better judgment I gave them the benefit of the doubt to only get the same treatment the following day. No way to run a business, if you can’t do a job or don’t have the man power it’s better to just be upfront and say you can’t accommodate me. I could have called someone else in the meantime that could do the job instead of wasting 2 days of my life waiting for someone that was never showing up to begin with.
