Couldn’t be happier with the service! I was in a jam; had 1 week to have 2 new 4 ton units installed before I had a house full of people in town. The guys at advanced were courteous; educated me on the best units for my home, had everything installed in a day and couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommended!

My A/C was freezing up and not able to cool the house. I called early on a Monday morning, after suffering all day Sunday. I was very thankful to learn I could get a same day morning appointment. Chris (the person that scheduled me for service) and Spencer (the technician) were very nice and communicated everything thoroughly. I will definitely call them for any of my future A/C needs.

Chad provided excellent service. He kept us informed of everything he was doing while he was troubleshooting an issue with our unit. I highly recommend this company.

Jimmy Kelly arrived in less than an hour on a Saturday fix our air conditioning quickly and professionally. We were very impressed and will be repeat customers for maintenance, etc. Excellent service!

At first I was impressed with the quick response and turn around time. The service tech that showed up to repair our A/C was awful. He barely communicated his findings and what he was doing. I was spoken to like I was stupid after telling both the person on the phone and the tech that I just changed the filter recently and that I knew it wasn't the problem. Finally after going in an out of my house several times the resolution was needing more freon. Fair enough, I paid the high fee for diagnostic and freon recharge. In asking the tech if this would be included in the maintenance plan in the future he said no. Then proceeded to tell my my unit is in great condition and he didn't see any other issues. Fast forward two weeks later and I was back where I started. Same problem. I called the number listed on the website and google, this time it was a Saturday and I got no answer or voicemail, so the 24/7 on call is a lie. Sunday rolled around and no response so I sent an online inquiry for an appointment. Monday morning I called again, the gentleman who answered said he would speak to the tech that came out and call me back. No response for a few hours when originally he stated he would call me back and get me on the schedule for Monday afternoon. Still no call I decided to call back and he informed me I would be added to the schedule for Tuesday and it was expected I pay another diagnostic fee. I explained I did not agree that I should have too since it was only two weeks since we added freon and he said he would speak to his manager. Radio silence since then. No call back, no show on Tuesday of last week. No follow up after the hurricane. Very unprofessional and would not recommend at all. Still having a problem and now that I have power again I will be calling another company.

Update as of 10/25/18
Since my review was placed I have had contact with Chris, Taylor as well as Brandon (service). All three have been extremely helpful in trying to help and identify the problem which seems to be intermittent at this time. I’m very happy they were willing to continue to work with me to try and fix the issue. Waiting for it to happen again during business hours so they can come back out while it’s happening.

Final update:
My problem has been fixed. I do not recall the exact date as life happens and I have been busy. However, I called when the problem occurred and within the hour Brandon was back out here and able to diagnose the problem. The next day once the part was ordered and received we had resolution to our issue. Thank you to the team who worked with us to help and get this resolved. I now highly recommend Advanced Air Care.

They treated me like an established customer, on their very first visit. The technician quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and explained things to me in terms that I could understand.

I am choosing to use Advanced Air Care for all of my heating & cooling needs, going forward, and I highly recommend their team of competent professionals to my neighbors in Crawfordville.

Being fairly new to the area, we were not sure who to call when our air conditioner stopped working. Based on the reviews we read, we chose Advanced Air of Crawfordville. We could not have made a better choice! The technician arrived that afternoon. We did need a new unit. The owner, Taylor, came over the next day to get the process started. Taylor was very professional, courteous, and informative. He helped us choose the prefect unit and it was installed in a matter of days. Thank you to Taylor, Chris, and your entire staff for turning a bad situation into a great experience! We will most definitely recommend you to everyone!

I have used Advanced Air several time, mainly for maintenance. When I had an AC emergency, the person on the phone worked with me to set a time, and the tech was there when promised. Great work, explained everything to me, and what my options were. Great Service! Polite staff! Will continue to use this company.

I needed my air fixed fast. it is way too hot to not have air conditioning. I tried another company first, big mistake. Something told me to look in the yellow pages and Advanced Air Care caught my eye. They answered promptly and help was at my door in less than 5 hours. I assumed it would be in the later part of the day. But we were back cooling off before 3:30 pm. And this was on a Monday!!! They have my business and yes I recommend them to anyone needing air repairs. Thanks Chris. :)

Being a new homeowner, I was reluctant about any company coming in to fix my HVAC. I called Advanced Air Care due to their website and how professional they seemed, and they did not disappoint. Chris called me and set up an appointment and got his people out to my house the next morning. A fix was done and I paid. However, I then saw the problem come back, so I called Chris again and sure enough they came out the same day. Even though they couldn't find anything wrong, they did an extra cleaning and told me to monitor. They came out a couple of days after and confirmed that the problem was solved the first time and that the water leaking was a remnant of the fix and would go away. Sure enough it did. I was very happy with how willing they were about coming out to fix my issue and they accountability that they took towards it. They also only charged me for the first visit. I would highly recommend due to their professionalism and knowledge.

We have used Advanced Air for General Maintenance as well as repairs. We have had nothing but positive experiences with this company, everything from taking after hour calls to showing up the very next day to have our AC running. One of my favorite things about this company is not only are they extremely professional but they don't price gauge and rip you off. We have had 2 repairs completed that were covered under warranty, I was not even aware that we had a warranty still in place on the unit, these went out of their way to look that up and complete all the paperwork for the warranty repairs. We will not be using any other company as long as Advanced Air is around!

While relocating to Florida we needed a reliable HVAC company to install new systems in our home. Advanced Air Care responded quickly and did a professional install job. They got right to us when a minor repair popped up. And now they perform our maintenance service. Always on time, always professional and always friendly. I recently had service by these great professionals. They were courteous and thorough. They were very quick to respond and able to diagnose my issue promptly. They returned as promised and worked to assure the problem was solved to my and their satisfaction. They make no excuses, they just work to solve whatever the issue maybe. This is a five star company with a five star attitude toward customer service and satisfaction.

Advanced Air Care is one of the best HVAC companies in town. Taylor and his crew did an amazing job with our installation and configuration of our Carrier units. We've been very happy with the AC performance and efficiency within our new home.

Advanced Air definitely deserves its great reviews. Brandon came out quickly, was very professional, and had my AC back up and running in less than 30 minutes. The price was reasonable too. I will definitely use them again if I need service.

I called Advanced Air Care because my A/C unit froze over last night. They were very responsive and came to my house the same day. We had never had HVAC service since moving here, so when our ac conked out on Friday afternoon (in JUNE) we thought it was going to be next week before anything could be done. I called Advanced Air Care due to their excellent reviews, and I am SO glad. From Chris calling back so quickly and setting us up to Buddy fixing our system (BY 3!) and clearly explaining what was wrong, I could not be more pleased. They have customers for life.

We woke up and our air was not working. We did not know who to call as we were not in a maintenance contract with anyone. Our last contract resulted in a negative experience with another provider. We read theGoogle reviews and decided to give Advanced Care a call. They were very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Our air was working shortly after they arrived. They immediately identified the problem and had the part needed for repair with them. The cost was very reasonable. We will continue to do business with this company and will recommend to friends. I have already called back to ensure we are enrolled in their maintenance program.

They have great customer service, I left a bad review but that review gave them feedback of the issue i was having. It’s not their fault , it more in the manufacturing company. I appreciate good customer service and making things right ! Can’t wait for my next service .

Very professional service. At our preventative maintenance appointment the refrigerant level was a little low. The technician (Chris) came back a few days later to do a “leak search”. He told us he was not able to detect the source of the leak and since it seems to be holding proper pressure now, he recommended waiting and watching. He was very honest and very thorough. We appreciate the quality of service that we get from Advanced Air. Top notch!
