First, Cutler Bay Plumbing is highly recommended for any of your plumbing needs. In my case living in Cutler Bay my house had cast iron type of plumbing and they needed to be replaced after causing clogging and flooding problems. I called Cutler Bay plumbing and spoke to Bernie who explained the best way to replace the plumbing with minimum damage to the floor. The work was excellent, fast and very creative, leaving the bathrooms ready to be renovated. The bathrooms were renovated by Freddy who is highly recommended also and very professional focused on every detail to finish his work perfect and beautiful. I'm glad I called them to do the job, I trust them and I'm very happy with everything they fixed and recommended. Additional work done was replacing the water heater, this was an upgrade, and they installed a tankless gas heater that looks and works great. Thank you, Bernie, Freddy and the rest of the crew for the great job. God bless you and bring you lots of jobs.

10 stars. The best ! Efficient, effective, diligent, quick, knowledgeable, goes above and beyond and keeps everything clean! I cannot emphasize enough how well they work. Truly a gem bc in Miami it is particularly hard to find anyone that does their job well with desire and maximum effort every time.

Extremely helpful when I called, immediately got someone on the line to help me and talk through the issue I was having. She reassured me I would be called back same day. Bernardo called me back within 2 hrs of my initial call. He was so knowledgeable and visited my home, walked through and offered me his assessment of the situation. He definitely put me at ease and was very thorough in his explanation to me. I will most certainly keep his card and will use them for any and all future plumbing needs for my home. Very professional treatment received.

If you are looking for a plumber, look no further and don't hesitate to call Cutler Bay Plumbing. They truly are a 24/7 plumber. Called them on Thursday night around 8:30 p.m. and was surprised when Bernard answered the phone after calling other so called 24/7 plumbers and having to leave a message or e-mail and not hear from them for days.
My 15 year old gas tank water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I decided I wanted to change it out for a tankless unit. Bernard was very nice and answered all my questions and was the friendliest guy to talk to. I sent some pictures and was given a quote right away. let me tell you CB, plumping is not your ordinary plumber that charges an arm and a leg and your first born child for there services. You will not find a better down to earth price then with CB plumbing.
George called the next morning and he explained and answered any other questions I had. He is also very easy to talk to. I said yes to his quote and he said he would order the tank from his supplier and that it would be here in three days. That was it! No deposit, nothing, just a good old fashion man to man agreement.
Four days later and I have a brand new gas tankless water heater. Not just any water heater, but one of the best on the market, AO Smith rebranded "Takagi" nature gas tankless water heater.
Just a note to anyone thinking of converting a gas tank to tankless water heater. These are essentially a luxury, and that being said comes with a price. But thanks to CB Plumbing that price is more than reasonable or about half the cost of all the other quotes that I got. A lot is involved with the conversion, but George has you covered. He will get a licensed electrician, which is part of the quote, do the gas line work, move the water pipes to the exterior of the house, and even patch up the hole with concrete when finished.
I am so pleased with Cutler Bay Plumbing that I can't say enough good things about them. God bless them for there service to the everyday working person. They deserve 10 STARS.

I’ve used this company before for my sink and they were kind and professional and did a great job. So when water started shooting out from behind my washing machine and flooding my kitchen I immediately found their info. To my great relief they were able to come over within 30 min of me contacting them. Everything back there was all rusted and whoever did the initial work on this house I’m renting did a hack Job. The guys from Cutler Bay Plumbing told me it had to be replaced and they needed to cut the wall in order to put it all together correctly. I’m not surprised. The owner of the house does everything quick and sloppy which is why we’ve had numerous repairs since we moved in. Needless to say not only did they get the job done, they did it so fast! In under an hour my water was back on. And as you can see they did an excellent job. Also the cost was very reasonable. Especially considering they came right away and finished so quickly. I will def be using them again. They are definitely my Go to plumbers in miami.

Hired Cutler Bay Plumbing as I had a slow draining kitchen sink. They came out next day and fixed the problem in no time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

I called Cutler Bay Plumbing on a Saturday and they were at my house within about an hour. I had a clog in a main line and they ran the plumbing snake down two stack pipes and we're done within an hour. The team was very professional, cordial and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Bernardo was able to diagnose a backpitch that was causing my home it’s issues and as I was reluctant to do the repair as it required to dig up my floor and concrete slab inside my house, Bernardo assured me he could get it done. Him and his crew showed up on Saturday morning and the job was complete Sunday afternoon. Do not hesitate to have Bernardo and his crew to attack any of your plumbing needs!
