Dealt with at lease 11 contractors on a full home renovation. The only reliable contractor was MIS. They were organized and beat their schedule. Would be my only call when getting windows.

I contacted MIS on behalf of my in-laws who required new windows for the house they purchased earlier this year. Kim W responded right away, booked the appointment, arrived on-time and answered all their questions. She's been very attentive and keeps them in the loop on how the project is going. I'll follow up with an update once installation is complete, but wanted to recognize and celebrate quality customer service, which is quite rare these days.

Excellent work. Mike and his team were amazing. They are real professionals. They showed up on time and made sure all the work was up to code. Dante was so deligent and detailed oriented. City inspection was a breeze. The office staff is always on top of everything especially Nicole and Shirley. They worked with the HOA to get all the necessary paperwork in order. Phone calls were returned promptly. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Feel confident in choosing Modern Installation Solutions for your next roofing or home improvement project. They were very informative in the presentation of the products, which would be used and needed to bring the roof up to code. We were given a wonderful description of what the plan would be to complete the roof, if there was a need, for wood replacement, once the old shingles were removed. The estimate given was precise and gave us no surprises at the end of the experience.
The project was completed by an experienced crew, with even the salesman getting on the roof, during several phases, to make certain the progress was developing as planned and discuss our satisfaction level with his workmen.
Our home now has a new face lift, and could certainly weather any storm that comes it's way for many years. All and all, a very professional job, well done!

Modern Installation Solutions won my roof project because they offered a great roof system, and had up to date info from the roof manufacturer about the valley system we wanted installed on the roof. The crew was so efficient and quick, and even the licensing process was quick with MIS, for which credit goes to their great office crew. Mike, was not just a salesman, but also the project coordinator, and checked in on the project, spoke to us regularly, and even took pictures from the roof to show us the progress on different parts. MIS also fully financed the project, making it as easy as possible. I highly recommend their work, reliability and level of customer communication!
