I’ve been to this location now a bunch of times, not once have I been miss treated. Everyone is very friendly and begins to provide outstanding and friendly service as soon as I walk in. I would recommend this store to everyone 10/10. When you go in ask for Robert, very friendly and knowledgeable.

By far the best one in Broward County. I read the one bad review and it’s complete b.s. he was clearly shopping around trying to get the best price and didn’t like the price he got, nothing wrong with that but if you don’t like it don’t buy it. More importantly, don’t give a negative review based on something that was clearly out of the hands of whoever he was talking too. People get so negative and “ bad ass” hiding behind a computer screen, I bet he walks in there to this day two faced, all friendly and nice trying to get the next deal of the day. Price is price if you don’t like it take your business somewhere else. The guys in this branch are great! Somebody just has nothing better to do then create their problems into someone else’s.

I placed an order with Robert and I made an error in the parts. Rather then pointing out that fact like many places would, when my tech arrived and the parts weren't what was needed, he leapt into action and got the correct parts for us from a sister location. I have had a great working relationship with CES since starting working with them at the beginning of this year. These are tough times and these guys are working hard to make things a little bit easier on the electrical contractors out there. I highly recommend CES and their Davie, FL location provides excellent customer service, fast response/delivery, and if they don't have what you need, they will do their best to get it in for you.

Mr Estrada was very knowledgeable and patient with my purchase of items for my generator. He was patient with my numerous questions about the transfer switch I purchased and helped me pick a good length for my power cord. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have wanted, for years now, to replace the lights over our bathroom vanity with brighter, LED fixtures but every time we made inquires of our electrician he'd come back with some crazy reason as to why it would cost a small fortune to do it blah blah blah. Needless to say, we never had the work done.

Recently we started to discuss the lighting again and my husband set about looking for brighter bulbs that would work with our existing cans. Unfortunately, no brighter bulbs were available, not even through Amazon so he opted for a trip to our local electrical supply house. He was thrilled when he came home and just couldn't wait to tell me about his experience and how the person helping him was so knowledgeable, helpful, nice...did I say knowledgeable and helpful?

In a matter of minutes, literally minutes, my husband, who is NOT an electrician, had installed the new retrofit kits and it's as bright as a surgical suite over our bathroom vanity!! No electrician needed. No electrical experience needed, and as near as I can figure, no real tools needed.

I want to thank City Electric Supply in Davie, and Roberto (at least that's what's on the ticket - my husband is horrible with names - sorry) for all the assistance that you gave my husband. He made "Hero of the Day" at home when he revealed the new lighting!! It was all due to the excellent service and incredibly knowledgeable staff that City Electric Supply in Davie has. It couldn't have been done without the help of their staff, Roberto, and their expert advise.

You gave my husband an excellent price on the retrofit cans and solved a problem that has been driving us nuts for years. No electrician required! Now that's great customer service!! I know we'll be back to find a "fix" for the "strobe" light cans that we now have in our bedroom that have also been driving us crazy for years!

I’ve been using CES for over 15 years without issue but this store manager is the least professional person I’ve dealt with ever in this company. I sent one of my helpers in to get materials and I was charged well over the going rates. When I called the store manager to explain to him that I am a contractor I use CES all over the state and the prices were wrong he told me that materials had gone up. I was charged over $1 more a foot for wire I purchased and told him that I called two other stores as well as check Home Depot, world and Everglades and it was wrong he yelled at me that there I was nothing I could do about it and to shop somewhere else then slammed the phone down. I understand I’m s small company and don’t get the discounts large companies do but I also can get ripped off when I go there especially with the current prices. But the manager got his wish. I’ll be stopping at Home Depot when I’m in his area or getting materials from another company before hand.
