Called in the morning and they came out to look at my unit that afternoon on a Sunday on a holiday weekend. They were able to come the next day to install a brand new unit. Excellent service!

Great service!!! Highly recommend JR AC. My AC went out last Monday in the late afternoon. I called and Joe picked up. He came by and inspected the unit and unfortunately the unit needed to be replaced after 20 years of service. The pricing for the replacement unit was competitive. The next morning he came in and installed the new unit from 9am-12:30pm. Installed without any hassles. The new AC is blowing cold air great. With over 30 years of service I can see why. Great communication, professional, and honest to work with!!!

When you think of a company that is always dependable, stands by their work, takes care of their customers, Joe and his son are the real thing. I have been using them for years from annual maintenance to installing a new AC unit. Their prices are very competitive and you get a company that is just the best to work with.

Joe and Mike were professional, honest and extremely helpful in addressing an a/c issue that my prior a/c company was unable to correct. I eventually used them for my new a/c unit and they installed it without issue. They also took the time to answer all my questions , even days after the installation. It is rare to find such an honest a/c company in South Florida that focuses more on assisting the customer then trying to sell you something you don’t need. I was very fortunate to have been referred to them.

He was able to explain to me exactly what had caused my system to fail, which I researched online to confirm and to try to understand more thoroughly - his nuanced knowledge was impressive. His team installed my new system and made additional adjustments that ensured everything was working correctly. I appreciated Joe's comprehensive approach to my problem, his clear and timely communication, and his ability to solve the challenges caused by my home's floor plan and construction. His pricing was reasonable and his customer service superlative. He will be my go-to guy for any future AC needs and I have already recommended him to others.

Joe and his son Michael came to my house after we had been having issues with our 4 ton HVAC unit. When they got there, they did an assessment of both our units, 4 and 3 ton. They found multiple issues and a few other items to help with efficiency.

They have been very responsive, reasonable pricing, and are just awesome gentleman.

I would refer them to anyone and everyone, they are my go to HVAC team.

Needed service and an estimate. Called, left message and nothing happened. Everyone in the building uses this guy. Oh well. He's too busy.

Charged me $60 for coming to an appointment that I didn’t cancel when they said they’ll make sure to call in the morning to make sure I didn’t answer none of the text or calls due to work showed up at my door asking for $55 for showing up cause the company will charge him... When using this company make sure you cancel cause it seems they’ll show up and ask for $55 easiest money they’ll ever make I’m sure... didn’t want any problems so I paid him seemed like he needed it more I guess... just beware by this problem with this company people I hate writing negative stuff about people but I have to let people know this...
