Super nice people - the delivery person was just an amazing human being which made it a great overall experience. Great floratam sod too.

I had them complete a large job and they EXCEEDED my expectations. We very patient with me and my double checking. Highly recommend. Started and finished in same week.

STAY AWAY. This guy is a con artist. Destroyed my sprinkler system, only did half the job, didn't grate the yard like he said he would. He also stole three pallets of sod that I paid for. Then when I wouldn't pay him in full put a lien on my house. It seems like he does this a lot. It was a huge waste of time and money. Again STAY AWAY

BEWARE RIPPED OFF THESE GUYS TOTALLY SCREWED ME OVER !!!
Ordered some sod from them a women arrived with her son in a truck to deliver it all looked good handed me an invoice and I payed her cash.
Then they tilted the truck back pouring the sod down infront of my house once the sod was out of the truck I got a good look at it and it was old and half dead I said no way this sod is old I don't want it .

The women then got on the phone and called into her office spoke to the owner which she said was her farther or grand father at that point she tells me if I want I my money back I need to pick up reload the sod back on the truck myself this was like a pallet I said no way this is unexceptionable its your responsibility to reload it they refused.

At that point the women when on to tell me that in all her vast experience with sod that she felt this sod was still good enough and with daily watering in a few weeks would take root and come back and then went on to promise and swear to me that she would stand behind it and if i had any problems she would come back and replace it
Her son even got in my face and said are you calling my mom a liar shes a preacher and she don't lie.

Well i watered that sod everyday for like 6 month like a fool hoping it would come back in the end it never took root and just died. All along the way I tried to call and the women for help but never would pickup then I went on to texting her and just got continual excuses in the end wasted months of time watering and wound up with dead grass.

We chose this landscaping business to do our yard under a program called CRA who gives the resident a grant to paint and landscape properties in my area, The owner told us we had to wait until the painter finished painting our house first before she was able to start doing her part of the work, She started on occasions complaining about CRA not paying her after she did some other customers contracted work. The painter completed painting our house and was PAID by CRA for his part of the job. We waited for awhile for her to do our landscaping work to NO avail, She never called me for awhile so I decided to call her and find out when were we going to get our yard done Multiple times and then she decide to inform me that she had alot of other customer yards to do before me and that she don't have the money to buy the stuff to do our yard because she's a small company, Q Mitchell never told us that in the beginning until after she signed the contract with CRA, Then she had the nerve to call me after I had to call her again during the next two days and still complained that no one paid her from previous customer jobs and that she has to sue them, I got sick and tired of ALL her UNPROFFESSIONAL excuses instead of contacting the customer and getting the job done in a timely manner, her answer to me was she wants to CANCEL the contract so that I can get someone else, If that's not an Unprofessional company, I don't know what is.
