What an incredible business. You’ll hardly know they were there and everything will be put back together like new. They even temporarily planted plants and put them back in the same spot. Job site management and cleanliness were amazing. You can’t go wrong .

Day 1 of the project to replace my cast iron sewer pipes and I am blown away by the quality of work and the professionalism. My only regret is I waited so long to do this work -- I HIGHLY recommend A1 --

A1 removed collapsed/disintegrated cast iron sewer pipes under our house and all the stacks in walls. Everyone was professional and thorough and we could not be happier. This is the company to use if you have the same problem.

A-1 Underground & Plumbing is one of the most professional companies we've ever had the pleasure to work with in South FL. They responded quickly to our first inquiry and completely followed through each step of the way, responding to ANY inquiry within minutes. Our primary contact, Beau, explained each step of the job and each was performed as promised and on-time. The on-site crew led by their foreman, Tito, were prompt, polite and always had a smile on their faces despite the difficult job they were performing in the blazing FL sun. Their camaraderie and commitment to doing an excellent job were really appreciated by us. From start to finish, A-1 finished our job in two weeks and as promised, when they were done, it was hard to tell they had ever been here! And we were especially appreciative as they completed the job just prior to Hurricane Irma hitting S. FL. We are indebted to A-1 to provide us with working plumbing during the storm.

From start to finish an amazing job. The employees all turned up on time, worked very cleanly, polite and happy to answer any questions. They tunneled under our house from 2 directions, had to pull up pavers and move a sprinkler line. They completed the job in 4 days and unless I was there to witness the work being done I wouldn't believe they were even working there. By the time they finished on the last day everything was put back exactly how they found it exept we now have new PVC pipes and the cast iron is gone. Well worth the price of getting the right people to get this done. I can't recommend them enough.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! These guys are top notch. They trenched under my house, removed all my cast iron pipes, replaced them with pvc and even broke out my exterior wall to my kitchen to replace the pipe in the wall. All in 3 days!! We never lost water and the guys gave me updates every step of the way. They even put sod down on the area that they dug after everything was done. Five stars is an understatement. To be honest this is the best company I’ve ever done business with. Very punctual and professional.

A1 replaced all of the cast iron pipes under our home. They were in and out within a few days, with no interruption to the use of our plumbing. Very smooth operation. Minimal digging in our yard and everything was put back just like they were never there. Highly recommend. We considered pipe lining (not a service A1 does) and complete replacement and decided on the complete replacement, as lining is not a permanent fix and was nearly 2/3 the cost of full replacement.

Very please with the work they did and the service i received. They put a underground pool plus have done plumbing for my house and everything has been flawless. If I need anything like that done or anyone I would recommend the quality of services thanks for the work.

Hands down the best plumbers in South Florida. They replaced all the rusted cast iron pipes in our house by running the PVC pipes along both sides of the home and tunneling underneath. I was worried about the fact that they had to lift a large section of our driveway pavers to trench through. By the time they were done, no one can tell anything was done. After the project was completed, I contacted Beau to let him know that they accidentally cracked one of our toilets during re-installation. Beau promptly replaced the toilet, no questions asked, with the same model he personally uses. I cannot recommend them more highly. A true example of professionalism at it's best.

We used A 1 Underground
to replace our entire sewer lines. From start to finish the work was excellent and extremely professional. Beau's crew led by Alex were amazing, and the nicest group of guys.

After a lot of research on plumbing companies that tunnel under houses to remove old cast iron pipes and replace them with PVC pipes the decision was made to use A-1 Underground Plumbing in Davie, Fl. I signed the contract with them and gave them the 1/3 deposit that they required. They pulled the permit from the city and we were placed on the list for them to schedule our house. I was glad to see that they had a list because that told me they were in demand and this wasn’t going to be their first rodeo. Ever so often I would call them to check to see where on their list we were, I remember when they told me I was number 23 on their list LOL. Well staying in character I called them a couple weeks ago and was told that there were three jobs in front of ours. She asked me if any of those customers were not ready would we be ready? I told her absolutely we’re ready today. Last Sunday they called me to advise me that they would be here between 8-8:30 Monday morning I said great bring it.
At 8:00 Monday morning they were at my front door, and the job began. What a professional, polite and knowledgeable crew. They worked hard all day long doing a very hard and exhausting job. The next morning and every morning after until they completed the job they were here at 8:00 sharp. They completed the job in just 6 days, they cleaned up after themselves every day. The last day they put sod down replacing the grass that they had to dig up for the tunnel, even though they put a tarp down on the driveway when the stones were to shoot under the house where they removed the dirt for the tunnel they washed down the driveway. When they pulled away there was no telltale sign that they were here.
The moral to this is if you’re even thinking or planning to have your cast iron pipes replaced A-1 UNDERGROUND PLUMBING in Davie is who you need to contact (family owned and operated). Did I mention that their prices were great too!!!
