Wow this company blew my mind. The office manager keeps you updated on their arrival. I had a difficult job for them - tree roots were wrapped around the pipes - lots of digging in the summer heat. Took a few hours. Price was very good. The crew of two gentlemen were hard working and helpful. But the best part was Tim the owner came to the job to ensure all is well and stayed for the duration. They fixed the issue and what blew me away was they put my stone pavers and pine bark back in the same condition as before. I mean you couldn't even tell it had been dug up. The before and after pictures were the same. I did not expect that. I looked out the window and THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WAS HOSING OFF MY DRIVEWAY. I mean this is one decent person. I liked the way he treated his team. He did not talk down to them but gave guidance and was very respectful to them and to me. I highly recommend this company.

Had to Hunt them down for 3 weeks in order to get them to finish a toilet change after I made the mistake of cancelling just one appointment. Not only did I feel as if it was personal but they showed no remorse for any inconvenience they placed on me due to their delay of service.

Was quoted a price to either trench a water line or run it through the attic. Instead it was just run along the side of the house. Not the service we were quoted for and no discount offered and neither calls nor emails returned
