Jeff Heyboer was wonderful. We were not home when he called and he was kind enough to accommodate us at a later time of the day. He showed up exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem (tankless water heater no longer operating), wrote up an estimate and replaced the water heater in about an hour. All home repair processes should go as smoothly as this one did and all technicians should be as nice as he was.

Caliber Plumbing installed my toilet, kitchen sink faucet with garbage disposal. They gave me a window of time and showed up within that window. The were super professional, inspected everything to make sure that it worked properly and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Had an emergency situation where an outside spigot pipe had busted at one of my rental properties. Called Caliber Plumbing and Elizabeth in their office went above and beyond to help in this stressful situation. They offered to have a tech stop by to turn the main water supply off until their main plumber could fix the problem. In the end, I needed some other work done which they did and gave me an extremely fair price for everything. Thank you again.

My wife and I were in need of a plumber for several issues. We looked online for plumbers near us and found food reviews about Caliber Plumbing. The lady that always answers the phone is very nice and helpful. She addresses me by name when she answers now after getting my contact details which is undervalued when you speak to most businesses and much appreciated.

For the plumber, ask for Ariel if he's available. He's nice, very knowledgeable, timely, and gets the job done properly. He likes to teach and explain what he wants to do and even in the middle of the work being done which is very nice and useful. He doesn't just say "yeah I'll fix it" and just does it. He'll fix it but he'll tell you why, how, and the importance of it. He's been at my house 3 times now.

The pricing is reasonable and I'm sure you can find a standard plumber anywhere for cheaper (but it's more important than that). Caliber Plumbing not only gives you great plumbing services but great customer service as well (which you may not get elsewhere).

When you need a plumber quick you don't always have time to shop around. My friend recommended them and when I called they scheduled an appointment immediately, found my leak and scheduled work for next morning.
