Great service! They came quick and our tech Sebastian was friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful.

The master bathroom toilet water filling is so slow, and the top has been broken for a while. We have not had very good experiences with plumbers for years. We have to find a new company every time.
When we called Joe Cole for the first time, he responded very quickly. The technician arrived the same day in a few hours. Jimmy is very professional and knowledgeable, and he explained what needed to be done.
We installed the two new toilets, not because they were cheap, but because they could do a job that met my expectations.

Joe Cole Plumbing originally came to my house to unhook my gas range for a return. Joe found that the previous plumber had not converted my range from natural gas to propane when it was installed which could have caused serious issues for my family. I just had another great experience with Joe Cole Plumbing. I had an emergency issue and they were very fast and responsive to the voicemail I left, calling me back quickly and immediately dispatching a plumber. Andy was excellent. He was smart, professional and he took his time to help me understand the issue and what needed to be done. This time, it was a toilet repair issue that was causing a large water leak. They also diagnosed, fully explained and gave me an estimate for a larger repair for my shower. I have used Joe Cole for over 10 years, at my home and businesses, and I highly recommend them. Services I've received have included everything from locating leaks on a large, several acre property to emergency plumbing and back flow repair, as well as simple issues like my dishwasher not draining properly. They're always been fast and they have up front and reasonable prices.
