Recent plumbing crisis. The plumber was able to schedule me the same day. He arrived earlier than scheduled. The plumber showed respect for my property, and was concerned about cleaning up the mess he made. It was an emergency, so I cannot comment on costs. However, the charge was not outrageous. After comparing prices, price was reasonable.

John Raymond knows how to treat customers. John has been an invaluable resource for me over the last four years. He alerts the customer to any issues and suggests cost efficient solutions. He deserves all five stars.

Good job Zeke!! On time, out and about in less than an hour! The company who was previously here spent three hours trying hard to sell me things I didn't want, to add to my new system or to purchase a house. It took me a full year of research to realize that I did NOT need what the salesman was trying to convince me to buy! Zeke was honest when he told me we didn't really need these things, but that if we did they would be half the price of the other company... Zeke did a great job!
