All reviews for Reliable Power Systems

David Cole provided the service to our house on 12/26/25. He did amazing job and he is the reason I will stay with Reliable Power System

David Cole came to service my Generac generator today. There are professionals and then there are PROFESSIONALS, the main difference being that the latter have a complete understanding not just of the electrical item at issue, like a generator, but also of the interconnectedness of all electrical appliances and devices in your home. David Cole is a PROFESSIONAL. Super nice guy, too!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

February 17, 2026 Update.
David and Anthony returned to my house today to diagnose and repair some issues with my Generac generator. It was a pleasure to listen to them analyze the issues systematically in a logical step-by-step fashion that a layperson could either immediately understand or understand after asking a quick question. I've had other technicians out to work on the same generator and it was obvious to me that they didn't have the fundamental understanding of how generators work that Anthony and David have. If possible, going forward, I will only allow Anthony or David to work on my generator. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Frank Loforte is an excellent technician. He explained everything and made sure our generator was good to go. We are extremely happy with his service and we really appreciate him taking the time to go over everything with us. Thank you Frank!!

We are so happy to have worked with Reliable power systems to install a fantastic generator. They are very responsive and we have them signed up to do our annual maintenance maintenance and daily monitoring of the system. Highly recommend!

Mr. Noelle was very patient. He did a thorough job and he explained everything to me. Every step we went over the different programs. You have as a member and so on. And after speaking to him, I decided to become a member
He was just fantastic

David is amazing. After other technicians were unable to diagnose the problem three different times, David figured and we are now up and running.

Leo was very thorough! He explained all the work and cleaned all parts of the generator. All service items were completed perfectly. Thank you Leo and Reliable power systems.

Technician David Cole arrived on time, was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my generator and complete the repair. Friendly and efficient service. David said all was covered under the warrantee. I would highly recommend Reliable Power, and David as a top technician. Very satisfied with the work.

David was a professional. He seemed like he knew the generator inside out. Too bad there was no specific diagnostic result except for changing out the outdated remote system unit, which was somewhat costly. David was courteous as well.

Ingrid was fantastic. She's highly skillful and patient in answering all my questions. Highly recommended.

Adam was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything and took the time out to show us how everything worked. It was a pleasure.

David Cole with Reliable Power Systems provided exemplary customer service. He showed up on time, was courteous, and treated my generator and home with respect. It was obvious that David is very knowledgeable and that he knew what was needed. I am very happy with the service that was provided on my generator and I feel confident that it will run properly if I have a power outage . I will use Reliable Power next time that service is needed on my generator and I’ll request David to be the technician if possible.

Dave was the best. He came out , no nonsense work. Very organized and extremely polite. I wish there were more out there like him!!

The technician Frank did a great job. Excellent communication, very thorough and knowledgeable. Really good follow-up when he was done. Thanks

This a review of Reliable Power Systems employee Thomas Dolan who not only is a hard worker, but a cool guy! During the install of our Standby Koehler Power Generator, they “discovered” a gas leak! And Tom was the one who had to endure the thorns of a Holly Bush that was “guarding” the Propane Tank entry in order to turn off the valve! We had to have a new Propane Tank installed, which took a long time, which halted Reliable’s progress which left the grounds unfinished. However, in the end, it was Tom who repaired our pavers walkway and removed a large cement slab left from the removal of the previous Generator! Thanks again Tom!

Jayden was professional, polite and very easy to communicate with. He is knowledgeable of the process. furthermore he was very efficient.

We encountered a power outage during a recent storm, which caused our generator to come on and power the house. Once the power was restored by FPL, our generator continued running and did not transfer to the off position. After contacting Reliable during this time, I was instructed how to turn off the generator and reset the unit so that the power switched over to FPL. Today a technician visited our property and was able to find the problem and resolve the issue. Reliable was extremely responsive and understanding and took care of the issue as quickly as possible, much quicker than I anticipated. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and personable and answered any questions I had going forward and hopefully not to experience this issue again. This company is definitely 10 out of 10.

Professional, courteous, and patient! All my electrical work was done in a timely manner, and Jhon was very accommodating when I needed him to come back a second day to finish up some additional plumbing work. I really appreciated his reliability and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
I will be using Revoco electricity services again !
