He took the time to explain the treatment plan, ensuring I understood each step of the process, and even provided tips on how to prevent future infestations. I noticed a significant improvement almost immediately, and within a few days, the problem was on the road to being resolved.

What really stood out to me was their dedication to customer satisfaction. They followed up to make sure everything was still going well and offered additional support if needed. The level of care and expertise they provide is unmatched, and I will definitely be using them for any future pest control needs.

We had an excellent experience with this incredibly professional company! John was always on time and did the work he said he would do. We felt very comfortable leaving the house while he was there to treat my in-law’s home. He was very patient and explained the work and pricing before beginning and stayed true to his word. We bright JP Miller in after trying to fight a roach infested house for 2 years by ourselves. JP Miller Is doing an excellent job, taking care of our pest control needs. We just purchased a house which showed signs of termite damage. After closing and renovation there were signs of swarming so we got quotes for tenting and they were the best price for the services provided. Luis has given us excellent advice and had walked us through everything since initial contact. We are now using them for monthly pest control services and have not had any issues of bugs, and that’s saying a lot here in S Florida. I understand they are local and I always appreciate supporting local when possible. I highly recommend them.

Second update (2 years later) -
Still using JP Miller with Aaron as our guy. Still a 5 star review. Aaron is super responsive and overall just amazing to work with. I cannot recommend both Aaron and JP Miller enough. Customers for life, always shouting their praises from the rooftops. We very rarely have any bug issues thanks to them (and that’s saying a lot especially during rainy season). But the second we do see a bug, they are one call away to get rid of any problem. 10/10. Zero complaints. Thanks as always Aaron!

Update -
JP Miller is still phenomenal. We have Aaron who helps us out and he is the best. We recently had a major bug issue and Aaron came out the next day and we haven’t had an issue since. He checked in after a week too which just speaks volumes for their customer service. Thank you!

John from JP Miller was absolutely incredible. He was able to tell us what the issue is and provide us with all the options available. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. We now know exactly what the next steps are and the preventative options as well. We will be using JP Miller for all of our future problems! I HIGHLY recommend JP Miller and John! Thank you guys!!!

Thomas was great! Arrived on time, went over details of the treatment with me, did a thorough inspection before starting. He did a great job, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Other places wanted to charge 4 times for a simple inspection report for the city of Deerfield and this team came out the next day and completed for a quarter of the other companies. Super grateful for Luis and the team. Thank you.

Just had our yearly inspection. David was so professional, thorough, and helpful! Our house was built in 1954 (with some add ons later), and has some "weak points" for future pest problems. David gave me excellent advice, feeling more like a trusted neighbor than an inspector. He wasn't trying to "sell me" services; he seemed genuinely interested in our home being pest free. I LOVE this company!

They respond to your call quickly , communications are friendly and more important they take their time to do the job right and educate and explain in detail as to what they are doing and what you can expect. I have used may different termite/pest control companies JP Miller is by far my top pick to get the job done right. I highly recommend them to everybody.

Dealing with both John and Aaron and especially the office staff has been nothing but wonderful. They all go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and all needs are met. Highly recommend
