James from POLAIR A/C company provided exceptional service during a recent check-up for my new house. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. James went above and beyond to ensure my A/C system was in top shape, offering valuable maintenance tips along the way. Thanks to him, I feel confident my home will stay cool all summer. Highly recommend this company for their outstanding service!

Marty was excellent.. He installed the replacement part and spent time to provide us insights on how to properly operate the heater, especially the temperature settings.. We would highly recommend Polair.

I am disappointed in , the contractor who gutted and remodeled the home including the ac. The only conclusion I can come to is the gc did NOT do what he said Shame on “them”

When you find a contractor that does the right thing, is up-front about everything, does meticulous work, and just a pleasure to do business with, I always feel it is important to let others know. Polair AC is that contractor. From the owner, to every worker that has been at my house, to the people that answer the phone, you feel like you are dealing with people that really care. 5 Stars is not enough to give them to show my true feelings.

John was an absolutely delightful service technician. We always have a wonderful experience with Polair, and they take care of all of our air conditioning needs, but John was particularly adept. He took pictures of everything, showed us what needed fixing, gave us estimates, and was efficient in everything that he did. He was also polite and professional. Our system is running great, and we had a great experience with him.

Tarik was great and very personable. He offers suggestions on how best to maintain the unit and makes recommendations to replace items only when they truly need replaced. Quick and efficient I highly recommend!

John Cherry along with his helper Danny did a fantastic job on servicving my 3 AC units. I trust their abilities and each worked diligently the entire time they were here. They answered clearly the questions I had re the units and settings and I could not be more pleased to have Polair Service.

I had an issue with my RayPak pool heater and called them for warranty service. I was informed that my local service provider was Polair and to call to schedule service. I contacted them right away.
The receptionist who answered, was extremely courteous and explained the warranty process clearly. She checked to schedule an appointment with a service tech and stated they actually had a tech close by and was available within the next half hour. I certainly didn't expect that, and "jumped" on it ! The tech showed up as noted, did a diagnostic, determined the issue and ordered the part. (Unfortunately, not a stocking part he carried!) But Raypak was to send out quickly!
I'm very happy with Polair's response time and the tech was informative and courteous, as well. I would not hesitate to recommend their services !
