A pretty perfect services call. I told them the issue. They came the next morning. The technician was courteous when he arrived. He identified the problem in 15 minutes. Fixed it in another 15. Cleaned up after himself and headed out. Billing was very fair. Couldn't ask for more.

Hello my name is Jerzy and I really enjoyed my experience with Airtech. They were very knowledgeable and helped work with my to find a price that was fair. The workers were very professional and intelligent with a great sense of humor, and I truly enjoyed interacting with them. The A/C was replaced within the same day and up and running by the end of the day. The unit has been working flawlessly and I finally have a unit that cools my place. I highly recommend Airtech to anyone not only because their products are great, but because the customer service I received was unremarkable.

This company is amazing. I think the negative reviews are competitors.
I’m from Canada and have a very expensive condo. My AC made weird sounds and they went the next day to make a repair and advised to replace the Unit soon as the compressor was failing. A few days later the compressor leaked oil and they went immediately to install a new unit covering my glass floors with strong material and were super efficient. Fair pricing and incredibly professional. Rob was amazing keeping me informed by cell all day sending photos. If you have a AC problem this is the best company.

AirTech has been an outstanding partner when it comes to responding to emergency situations and routine maintenance.

They’ve even bent over backwards in other areas of the state to accommodate emergency situations.

This is the type of company that you need by your sides, especially in Florida with the extraordinary heat.

Expensive service. Customer service needs improvement.

I asked these guys for a simple quotation, which they took 5 business days to deliver. When they delivered it, I asked them a few questions and provided feedback. The response I received from their service manager, Danny Gosiker, was:

"We will perform the repairs based on our terms, with our resources, and no others. "

I politely let him know that we would be taking our business elsewhere.

first this company is one of the expensive company ever,they charge a lot for their jobs,but they pays us 9 dollar an hour for construction work we put our life in risk almost every die and we work hard.just put this so people know

Had issues with my AC, charged $535 to have a look for an hour worth of time. Promised estimate. No estimate at all in near two weeks although promised every other day upon calling. Finally had another company come in and repair within two days then. Jeremy in Dispatch was incredibly unresponsive and a total waste of time.
